You would enjoy the fresh air or sunbathing at a very quiet place with the advantage of being very close to the center of Madrid. It takes 10 minutes by commuter train (Puente Alcocer station is just in front of the apartment) to reach Atocha and 13 minutes to get to Embajadores Station, both in the center of the city. The subway station is 700 meters away, around 12 minutes walk from the apartment (It’s line 3 station that goes directly to SOL). Next to the apartment there are also several bus stops which are going downtown. Connections to the city center by public transport are therefore excellent by train, metro or bus.

The apartment is 60 square meters big plus other 60 square meters of terrace. The apartment capacity is up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a large double bed of 1.50 meters wide, a living room with a sofa-bed with two individual single beds, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave and small appliances).
The large terrace surrounding the house has two rooms: most of it is outdoors and there is also a glassed-in area decored as a second living room connected to the kitchen: This area is perfect for both winter and summer as it has air conditioning & heater. You would be able to enjoy a fresh summer in Madrid! If you come by car, parking is easy in the same street and there is also the possibility of an underground parking in the same building at a low price.
