LOCATION:
Enjoy a relaxing stay in the coveted Indian Creek, Kissimmee, Florida area which is conveniently located near restaurants, markets, shopping areas and theme parks. See more details about the area at the bottom of this description box.

OVERVIEW:
This 2,900 s.f. 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom floor plan is our absolute favorite! It is bright and spacious with high vaulted ceilings and open family spaces including the Kitchen, Dining Room and large Great Room. 2 King Bed Master Suites have Private Bathrooms with direct access to the covered Lanai area and Pool. A true south facing, Saltwater Pool and Hot Tub allows for maximum sunlight throughout the day.

BEDROOMS:
Master Suite #1: King size bed with tv. En-suite bathroom with full bathtub and separate shower, long vanity with 2 sinks, large walk-in closet and private door for direct access to the covered lanai area and pool. Charging stations on night stands.

Master Suite #2: King size bed with tv. En-suite bathroom with full bathtub/shower, wall closet and private door for direct access to the covered lanai area and pool. Charging stations on night stands.

Queen Bedroom: Queen size bed with tv and closet. Located at the front of the house and has the use of an adjacent hallway full bathroom. Charging stations on night stands.

Twin Bedroom: 2 Twin beds and closet. Charging stations on night stands.

Adjacent full bathroom between these two rooms. Charging stations on night stands.

Bunk Bedroom: Bunk bed and closet. Bed has full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. Charging stations on night stands.

KITCHEN, DINING ROOM & GREAT ROOM:
The bright and accommodating, fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area with kitchen table. Adjacent dining area with large dining room table is open to kitchen areas, has tiled floors and high vaulted ceilings throughout. Also, open to these areas is the connected great room which is carpeted. It is furnished for comfort with a large sectional couch, loungers, and armchair. These areas are all open and brilliantly designed to accommodate group use and entertainment.

ENCLOSED OUTDOOR LANAI/POOL/SPA:
Exit the great room through french doors and enjoy the screened in outdoor areas. The pool, spa and covered lanai have ample deck space for lounging and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather.

POOL/SPA HEAT:
Please let us know if you would like to have the "Optional Pool & Spa Heat" when you request a booking. It is available for $35/night. The pool/spa heat can only be turned on for the full length of your stay, not individual days only.

ABOUT THE AREA:
Indian Creek is one of the closest locations to Disney. Just a few minutes away is the Formosa Gardens Shopping Village which has a large supermarket, gift shops and a good selection of restaurants. Some options include TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Chinese and Italian restaurants.

Promenade at Sunset Walk at Margaritaville Resort Orlando is a dining, retail and entertainment complex located at Margaritaville Resort Orlando, just a few miles from Walt Disney World. Sunset Walk is right down the road and is a great place to explore.

Rolling Oaks Common is home to a Super Target supermarket, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Panera Bread, Sweet Tomatoes, Logan’s, Texas Roadhouse, Joes Crab Shack, Bonefish Grill, Orlando Ale House, Applebee’s and more. There is a nearby Publix Supermarket and a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart which is about a 10 minutes’ drive.

Easy access to Walt Disney World, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Universal Studio, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Aquatica are complemented by the relative proximity to Busch Gardens and Kennedy space Center, both about an hour away. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast is about an hour away and not much more than that will get you to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico coast.

COVID-19 Cleaning/Sanitizing/Disinfecting Procedures:
Cleaning of the villa has been increased to ensure all surfaces are clean, sanitized and disinfected to provide safest environment possible using recommended products from the CDC. Focus has been on, but not limited to, high traffic areas, kitchen, bathrooms, tv area and includes doorknobs, light switches, handles, toilets, faucets, remotes, etc. Our cleaning staff are using masks and gloves. We have provided for your convenience, Anti-bacterial spray and other cleaning products for use during your stay. Please take steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19, which include regular wiping and sanitation of touched surfaces. In accordance with the strict guidelines in place by the VRMA and CDC we have removed spare bedding and decorative pillows and other unnecessary items.

IMPORTANT:
As with most rentals, this is a self-catering Villa, so sure to plan for toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, bath soap, etc. as these are not supplied for the length of your stay.

We do provide Welcome Packs as a convenience for our guests. These are small portion starter supplies to be sure that guests have something to work with upon arrival if they were not able to bring their own required supplies yet.

DEPARTURE:
Before departing the home, we would ask that you follow Osceola State re-opening procedures and ensure that all used beds are stripped, with the sheets and pillowcases being placed on a hot wash. Comforters should be folded and left by the side of the beds ready for the cleaning staff to deal with. All used towels should be placed on the floor in the laundry room. Trash should be placed in the outside garbage cans.
