Great Location and Nice Property

My wife and I stayed here with three young children over Christmas. We loved the location, which was very central and had easy access in and out of the area. Very close to the shopping on Oxford St. The best part was the pub on the corner and just around the corner an amazing bakery/coffee shop as well as other great restaurants.

The apartment was very nice as well. Good size for two bedrooms and it was nice to have two bathrooms. The only issue we had was getting the stroller up and down the front stairs (flat is on the lower level which requires going down from street level), but that really wasn't too much of an issue.

The property manager was nice enough to bring a pack n play crib for the baby to sleep in. We would definitely stay here again if back to London soon.

Great Experience

The condition and location of the property was very good. Easy walk to the Tube or Hyde Park. Clarissa was attentive to our needs and always quick to respond (extra towels, two fans for the recent heat wave). We'll definitely book this property again when we return to London.

Excellent Position , will certainly be back.

The flat is very well equipped , we spent 10 days , the check in with Clarissa was perfect, easy and very soon we were up and looking around the neighbourhood . Excellent restaurants all over , catering for stunning Argentinian steak dinners and quick and easy lunches at the many restaurants and pubs. Tesco supermarket was about 150 meters away and offered all we needed to do our self catering. The Marble Arch tube station was also easy walking distance of about two blocks.

The apartment itself was great with the two bathrooms, which is always a bonus when your are two couples. The apartment was well laid out with all the kitchen utensils at hand , only would suggest a sharper knife ! We appreciated the dishwasher , washing machine tablets and the washing up materials always needed. I would suggest that the couch is made into a sleeper couch if possible just in case you need that extra bed.

The owner had left us a delightful bunch of flowers, which was really very well received.

One suggestion would be to allow some sort of airflow through the front windows, especially during the hot weather that we have experienced in London recently . Perhaps and air conditioner would help.

The apartment was easy to clean and if we wanted, Clarissa would have sent new linen at an additional cost , we used the washing machine. I would suggest that a separate dryer as we found it very difficult to understand how the washing machine. tumble dryer actually worked.

We had a slight problem on our first night and compliments to Clarissa for sorting out our issue and also for the bottle of fabulous wine she bought personally for us.

Parking can be obtained from the application Just Parking and we found a lovely spot that was the other side in the non congestion zone.

Hand over for the keys at the end of our stay was extremely easy and we were able to park our car outside the flat to offload, remember that the flat is inside the congestion zone.

I would certainly stay here again.

Excellent apartment for four

Apartment was exactly as described, but furnishings were much nicer than we expected. Kirsty met us on time, and showed us around. My wife and I shared the apartment for half our stay with our grown son and wife and there was plenty of space. The location was great, very near Marble Arch underground, and Selfridge's (and their Food Court for take away). The Portman gastropub up the block was perfect for a causal lunch or beer, and a nice dinner too. Would return in an instant if I were to get another paid invitation to London.

Very nice, newly refurbished and comfortable with easy access to transportation

We stayed for a week (2 couples). The flat is newly refurbished, very comfortable, clean and has easy access to subway, bus and taxi. The kitchen has new appliances and the beds were very comfortable. We would recommend this flat as a great choice. It's clean, and very comfortable. The area feels very safe too! It is on the "garden" level but is still ver light and bright. The steep spiral stairs might be an issue for an older person or someone with disabilities, but it is otherwise a fabulous choice. The leasing company is great to work with and promptly delivered a hair dryer that we thought would be in the flat. You won't go wrong with this location or property.
