This property is located at 308A/B South Shore Drive, Surf City. You will be walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, food market and fishing pier.


Please note to ensure the health & safety of all our guest, we have always maintained a very high standard of cleaning. Now, due to COVID-19, we are following CDC recommendations, and increased the cleaning & disinfecting to our homes. Additional Safety Precautions (cleaning crew will be wearing masks & gloves when on the property) & Enhanced Cleaning Protocols. All high touch area will be disinfected for example doorknobs, countertops, light switches, slider handles, NEST, interior handrails, bed frames, bath fixtures, pillow protectors, all bed quilts, all appliances, shower curtains, TV remotes, game remotes, laundry baskets, hardback chairs, tables, leather furniture, and foosball table.

We carefully chose our furnishings to maximize your comfort while accommodating up to 22 guests “in real mattress beds” and up to 34 guests if needed using convertible sofas.

Off Street parking for up to 10 cars, with 8 paces covered and 2 off to the side of the driveway

BBQ Fun! You’ll have complimentary use of (2) Two gas BBQ grills with a picnic table to keep the party close to the food. There is a set of swings for the kids while they wait for their hotdogs & hamburgers. Also, there is (2) two fully enclosed outside shower and perfect for cooling off without going all the way inside!

We have plenty of beach chairs, sand umbrellas, and plastic drinking cups, plus a deck box filled with children’s beach chairs; umbrellas, and lots of beach toys (buckets, shovels, kites, boogie boards, trucks, and more). Don’t stress about bringing toys for the beach, there’s plenty already!

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (awesome cookware, blender, Keurig/coffee machine, fun beach dishes, plenty of barware) to prepare your feasts! Open floor plan so you never miss any of the action inside or outside on the beach!

There’s a washer and dryer on each side if you need them!

Each living room has full beach views or you can watch TV on the large HD flat panel TV with cable entertainment, Blu-ray/DVD player, Netflix, and speakers with Aux input for other smartphones/MP3 players is also at your command! Plus, each living room has a FOOSBALL table so let the tournament begin!

Each house has:
Oceanfront Master Bedroom features a King king-sized bed, a large luxury sitting area with a queen sofa sleeper, a 40” HDTV with BluRay/DVD player, and its own spacious bathroom (dual sinks, shower with body sprays, space!). The deck off the master offers a porch swing to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Also on the deck, there is an additional exterior shower to rinse the sand off before entering the home.

The second Master Bedroom features a queen-sized bed and its own bathroom.

The 3rd-floor Bedroom (aka cousin's corner suite) offers everything tots teens will love in a spacious room featuring twin over queen bunk beds HD LED TVs and its own access to the bathroom.

Unit A has a 4th Bedroom which has a queen bed and is located on the first floor for privacy and accessibility!

Surf City, NC is only ~2 hours drive from Raleigh and 20-30 minutes from Wilmington airport! Surf City is the sleepy beach town where you and your family/friends will create fun, lasting adventures!
