Walk to the beach from our spacious, energy efficient 6-bedroom, 2-bath, 2200 sq. ft. beach house situated in the family friendly Eastward Look neighborhood! Less than a mile walk to Scarborough Beach and conveniently located to other local beaches. Our summer retreat has been uniquely furnished with the highest of standards, including a large new Azek deck ready for entertaining and an outdoor hot/cold shower. Saturday check in/check outs only. 7 day minimum stay. Inside we offer an updated kitchen with granite counter tops and all of the gadgets that any chef will love! Stroll down to the children’s playground, enjoy a family barbecue or clambake in the large backyard. Some of our amenities include: Wireless Fios HDTV & Internet, 2 refrigerators, 2 TVs , blue ray/DVD player, books, upstairs central air conditioning, bedroom fans, linens for each of the 6 bedrooms, outdoor patio set and picnic table, BBQ grill w/extra utensils, newly designed heated outdoor shower, classic family games, beach wagon, beach chairs and toys. Guests have full access to the home and over-sized yard including outdoor BBQ grill with all of the utensils. We are just a phone call away and if there are any concerns, someone will be available promptly to fix any issues that may arise. Located in the desirable, private Eastward Look neighborhood. Less than a mile walk for a day at the beautiful Scarborough Beach or hop in the car to explore the conveniently located shops, restaurants, and other local beaches. A short 25 minute drive to historic Newport, RI where you can step back in time and explore the famous mansions while enjoying breathtaking views. With the Block Island Ferry just minutes away, you can enjoy a day trip to the island or for a more laid back pace, take a stroll down Ocean Drive near Narragansett Town Beach and enjoy local shopping and restaurants.
