Mistral 22 has a new look! In January 2022 we completely renovated the downstairs bathroom, installed vinyl plank flooring in both bedrooms and entry hall, and redecorated most of the rooms. The decor is stylish and comfortable, with numerous original artworks and family photos. The living room features a large sleeper sofa, a storage chest with extra pillows and linens, three comfy arm chairs, and a 55” smart TV perched above the modern console. The spacious great room with vaulted ceiling is open to the updated, and well-lit kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could want, including Silestone counters, a raised bar with 3 stools, a glass top stove, an overhead microwave, roomy side by side fridge with water dispenser, quiet dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, sharp knives, good quality cookware, and more. The table in the dining area provides seating for four. And no matter where you are in either room you simply can’t miss the VIEW,!
The downstairs bedroom features a white queen-sized bed flanked by wall mount adjustable reading lamps, side tables, wicker chest of drawers, small console table, ceiling fan, full length mirrored closet, 42” smart TV, Sony blu ray player, and cushioned window seat. Beach service included during 2024 season.

Just across the hall is a stunning, fully renovated bathroom with walk in glass and textured tile shower, single floating vanity, spacious and beautifully lit medicine cabinet, and a new LG stacked washer and dryer.
Kids will be delighted by the comfortable bunk beds in the entry hallway just around the corner from the bathroom.

A spiral staircase leads to the large master bedroom loft which overlooks the living room. The master has been updated with stylish midcentury modern furniture, including a King size bed, two charming nightstands, wall hung adjustable reading lamps, handsome bookcase, large chest of drawers with secret laptop desk, ceiling fan with light, and a 38” smart TV and Samsung blu ray DVD player. There’s also a comfortable well lit reading area with two comfy chairs and a small table.
The renovated master bath is truly a show stopper. The ceramic tile in the glass shower is reminiscent of driftwood and creates a feeling of serenity in combination with the room’s taupe and white colors. The shower features a rain shower head, a recessed nook, and hooks for towels and wash cloths. The white double vanity with 4 large drawers and matching mirrored medicine cabinet make this spacious bathroom comfortable for two guests. There are plenty of hooks from which to hang additional towels, jewelry, and clothing. A full-length mirror, magnifying makeup mirror, and hair dryer are provided as well. One car is allowed per unit.

Mistral 22 sleeps 8, making it the perfect destination for a large family or two couples with or without kids. It’s conveniently located on the eastern end of 30A between Water Sound and Alys Beach.
To get to the beach simply walk down the stairs and follow the walkway to the private beach access on the first floor. For your convenience, there are showers and hoses located at the platform at the top of the stairs to the beach. The pedestrian/bike trail, which runs the entire 18 mile length of 30A, is conveniently located right in front of Mistral.
