Policies and Procedures
Rules, Policies and Liabilities:
Number of Guests: Maximum Occupancy is Six (6) including children
No smoking inside the units
No Pets unless cleared prior to rental agreement; $700 fine-no cats($1,000 fine)

Keys/Entry Codes: We use hotel-style keyless entry system. Your unique entry code will
be emailed as soon as the Unit has been cleaned and the code reset for your stay.
No loud or disturbing noise after 11:00 pm or before 8:00 am-including pets/children
Maximum of 2 cars per unit booked
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled 60+ days prior to stay will have Deposit Refunded less $100. Within 60
days or less results in deposits and balance retained unless unit is re-rented. Then $100 will be retained for processing. There will be pro-rated refunds on mandatory Hurricane Evacuations. No refunds if deposit schedules are
not met.
Liabilities: Guests shall be responsible for procuring their own Travel, Rental or Liability Insurance to protect their belongs, persons or to protect against the costs of cancellation, or to protect again inconvenience to do
circumstances beyond the control of the Owner. Guest will Indemnify and hold Owner and Owner’s property free
and harmless from any liability for injury to or death of any person, including Guest, or for damage to property
arising from Guests using and occupying the Premises or from Covid.
By Signing Below, Guests agree to occupy the premises only between the times set forth in rental notice, and shall
not exceed the maximum number of 6 occupants. Guests acknowledge that Owner or Owner’s Representatives may enter the
premises in the event of an emergency, maintenance, or reasonable need. Guests agree to abide by and follow all rules of the
Agreement contained herein or that may from time to time be posted in a prominent manner within the Unit. Guests agree that
during Guests stay, guest is liable for all damages incurred to property due to actions or negligence of Guest or their guests.
Guests agree to behave in a responsible and respectful manner during their stay, both towards the property and towards any
guests or neighbors of nearby Units. Furthermore, Guests agree to maintain compliance with all State of Georgia Laws including but not limited to, the ordinances set by the Jekyll Island Authority. Violation by Guest of any aspect of the agreement
shall constitute a breach of the entire agreement, which is to be construed under Georgia Law, and all Obligations of the
parties created under this agreement are performable in Glynn County, GA Units were built prior to 1978 and may contain Lead
Based Paint.
Breach of this contract may result in immediate termination of occupancy, in which case no refund will be issued.
