Huge 4 bedroom 3.5 baths, 3 story end unit townhouse with separately entranced In-law suite + parking for 5. Steps to the beach & boards. Professionally decorated, painted & furnished. Two balcony-style decks, side yard patio, private outside shower and fenced in yard with gate. Perfect for large extended families vacationing comfortably together.

All new memory foam beds, boxsprings and sofa beds, sectional, linens, sinks, toilets, air conditioning and more! Enjoy lots of natural light from the privacy-fenced in side yard, the balcony off of the 3rd floor master bedroom (ocean view) or the balcony off of the sitting room on the 2nd floor. There is parking for 5 cars (2 car garage + 2 car parking pad + 1 street spot adjacent to parking pad).

The house tour begins in a bright open foyer with a cathedral ceiling. You may enter the home from inside the garage, through the main front entry door or the private side door to the yard.  The first floor has a mud-room with board games, breakfast nook table/chairs and a second full size refrigerator - great for extra ice and keeping beverages chilled. From there, a few steps up leads you into the in-law suite, which has a bar sink, cabinet/counter, microwave, private sitting room (new full size sleeper sofa) with new queen bedroom and full bath. There is a second staircase from the in-law suite leading you to the kitchen/dining/family room on the second floor.

The spacious layout of the second floor offers a living/sitting room with a new queen size sleeper and balcony overlooking 24th avenue and the boardwalk. There is a half bath on the way to an open concept great room with combination dining room, kitchen and family room all-in-one. The kitchen includes stainless steel kitchen-aide appliances, a center island for additional seating, side-by-side fridge with ice-maker/crusher and water dispenser, garbage disposal, dishwasher, double oven with center griddle gas stove and new queen sleeper sectional sofa.

Moving up to the third floor, there is a laundry room with a newly installed hot water heater, newer washer and dryer.  A hallway connects the large master bedroom that has a walk-in closet, glass sliding doors to a balcony with ocean views, new memory foam king bed and master bath with linen closet. The hall bathroom also has a large linen closet. There are two additional bedrooms (1 new queen size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 new twin beds) on the third floor - both with ample closet space.

My husband, John, and I fell in love with each other and North Wildwood about 11 years ago. We call that season in 2012 our "summer of love". We rented an apartment on the bay side at that time and rode our bikes to the beach. We made a lot of great memories on the island and dreamt a few dreams, such as, getting married, having children and owning a home of our own. Fast forward to today and everything on May 12th, 2017 became a reality for us!

We looked all over North Wildwood for a place to call our own and found this townhouse by chance. It’s convenient to most major attractions, especially the beach and ocean. Be sure to get out for a morning walk and breathe the sea air. It’s a wonderful way to start your day.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Having rented shore houses for the past few years, parking was always a nuisance - as well as taking out someone else's trash (renters from the week before). This townhouse has true parking for 4 vehicles. My husband has a truck and I have a SUV, which we're able to get them both into the garage. Regarding trash removal, from June through September we pay a service to take the trash/recycling receptacles to the curb, which is nice not to have to run down in the morning (if you forgot the night before) to get it out on time.

Other unique benefit is this place is one of our dreams come true, so we lovingly and continually maintain, update and upgrade. The beautiful new furniture, appliances, linens and beds we've installed make the place shine :)
