Localizado no Golden Paradise II, com deslumbrantes vistas sobre o mar, este apartamento de 1 quarto está disponível para curto ou longo prazo permite. Apenas um par de minutos a pé do Arenal, está localizado na parte superior (6º andar) com elevador. Há 2 piscinas no centro da urbanização e fitness.

Muito confortável para 2 pessoas e com um sofá-cama para hóspedes adicionais, se necessário.

Wifi e Reino Unido satélite TV incluído.

Ar-condicionado disponível e medido separadamente.

très bonne situation

l'appartement est très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique. Cependant, quelques suggestions contribueraient à améliorer le quotidien dans cet appartement : au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine, le grille-pain et la bouilloire sont à changer ( sales et en mauvais état), idem pour les casseroles et les poêles sous l'évier , en vrac et sales et de plus difficiles d'accès

Il faut être contorsionniste pour pouvoir faire la vaisselle et la ranger, et c'est vraiment un problème si l'on décide de faire un repas dans l'appartement. Il est d'ailleurs très difficile d'y cuisiner .

Il serait judicieux aussi de changer le rideau de douche et de nettoyer les pales des ventilateurs.

Fab location and good apartment - Recommended

The Works on the building have now been completed and it looks really smart and freshly painted.

We had booked the apartment for its location and it didn't disappoint as its only a short walk to Arenal Sandy beach where all the bars and restaurants are located but this is in front of the rocky beach which is stunning and its great for snorkling too.

The balcony face towards the sea and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the view.

The apartment itself was nice and bright and fully equipped for a weeks holiday and it was great having free Wifi and satélite TV .

I would recomend this apartment. It was clean and bright and there was nice person to meet us and show us around. Nothing was too much trouble,

Great Location

The apartment is located on the sixth floor which you access via a lift. This is a residential block and not just holiday apartments so not for loud party animals. There are two balconies which both look out over the pool and have a lovely sea view as shown in the photographs. There was just the two of us and the apartment was big enough for us. The location was exactly what we were looking for a 10 minute stroll to the beach which has a good selection of restaurants and bars and a supermarket is close by. There was the provision of a parking space which was in a secure covered parking area. In addition to what you would usually expect there was also a washing machine, iron, hairdryer. We liked that previous guests had left coffee, tea bags, salt, pepper, cooking oil, cleaning fluids which is better than arriving to empty cupboards. The bed was comfortable. We had booked it for a week and used it as a base as we were also visiting and staying with friends in Orba. Overall good value.

Shared the balcony with workmen

The main reason for our break in Javea was to rest and completely chill out as my partner and I have extremely busy jobs and family lives at home, so it was extremely disappointing that for all but 2 days of our stay we were woken not long after 8 by workman. They used the roof above our apartment and the actual balcony to abseil to other floors to undertake renovation work on all the balconies - it was a shock for them and me, when I opened the curtains on Day 1 wondering what the noise was to see the workman actually sat across the balcony balustrade right in front of me. We were not informed of this either before or locally on arrival and it was clear that the work was planned and we should have been told - we definitely would NOT have chosen this location had we known so we were mislead. In addition the advertised SAT TV only worked for two days of the break, for the rest of the time we couldn't get a signal strong enough to support TV, again misleading. Its true the views are lovely and Javea is a great place to stay, this apartment is well located just 10 mins from the beach front. I shall be seeking recompense for the lack of information re: building works, there is absolutely no excuse for not telling us and it spoilt what could have been a lovely break.

The Wifi and TV was reconnected within 24 of being reported. Again very sorry and I wish I had had the opportunity to put things right at the time.

Great location - nice holiday

Really impressed by the apartment - it has 2 terraces that both have great seaview looking over the pool and towards the sea. Spent many a happy hour just looking at the view.

Everything you need is in the apartment.

Easy walk to the sandy beach where all the bars and restaurants are.

Some favorite places to eat - Lungo Mare - best pasta in town.

Tapas at a tiny Spanish bar on the back streets - La Fresquita (hilarious conversation but they tried really hard to comunícate and translate and the food was a-maz-ing)

Cocktails at sunset on the beach towards the port - La Valeta - highly recomended by some locals.

Really enjoyed the snorkelling just off the rocky beach at Cala Blanca.

we personally didn't use the pools but they looked well kept.

All over great place to visit - we will be back.

Nice apartment just the perfect size for a couple.

Our stay in javea

We arrived and was meet promptly by Julie who let us in the apartment showed us what was what and pointed us in the right directions as to what was where.the apartment was clean

quiet ten minutes walk and you are in the main resort although it was nice to walk along the rocky coast which takes about twenty minutes. Here you have everything you need and more a lovely sandy beach, bars and restaurants , shops and supermarkets. There are two pools in the apartment grounds and the gardens are kept immaculate . Both myself and my wife were more than happy with the apartment and the service we received from Julie and cannot wait to return
