The gorgeous Coquina Pool is just next door.

The chef's kitchen offers designer cabinets, quartz countertops, and G.E. Monogram appliances, including a gas range. Adjacent is the dining area with table seating for 12 under a beautiful candelabra, while the counter offers seating for another 5 guests. The kitchen and dining area give on to the living room, which has near floor-to-ceiling windows, French doors, a flat-screen TV, and a vast sectional sofa under exposed timber ceiling beams - the perfect place for vacation movie night! Just down the hall, you'll find a guest bedroom with a king bed and private bath with a handicap-accessible shower.

Ascending the staircase to the second floor, you'll find the primary bedroom, which has a private bathroom with a gorgeous soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. Down the hall is another guest bedroom with a king bed and a shared bathroom, as well as a bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds - the perfect place for the young and the young at heart! It, too, has a shared bathroom. Adjacent is a second primary bedroom with a king bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. The second-floor porch offers stunning Gulf views.

One of the finest features of this coastal getaway is the newly constructed and beautifully appointed carriage house. Truly a home unto itself, this retreat within a retreat features a full kitchen with G.E. Profile appliances, quartz countertops, and designer cabinets. The bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The living area has a sofa and flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, allowing for up to 4 guests. The main house and carriage house together sleep up to 16 guests.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
