Truly excellent property in a perfect location

We greatly enjoyed our Dublin stay in Patricia's apartment. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. Two bedrooms with bath, very comfortable living room, substantial kitchen for preparing meals with a table and dish service for 8 and the bonus of the solarium and patio. We appreciated the milk, bread and OJ and the apartment was well equipped with dishwasher and laundry detergents. They have thought of everything you would need to live there including umbrellas, iron, hairdryers and more.

The argument I hear against using a hotel is the services provided. Patricia supplies tour materials and a comprehensive binder of local information. The location is convenient to walk to many sites but away from the congestion and noise of downtown. The Light rail and express bus to the airport are a block away with a small grocery in the complex along with a movie theatre and several restaurants.

Could not have asked for more.

Outstanding apartment in a perfect location

This was the first time in Dublin for my wife and I and our two college-student sons. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is comfortable, quiet, fully appointed, well stocked, and meticulously organized, and the central location is ideal. It's in a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist throng yet convenient to everything. Central Dublin is within easy walking distance across the river, yet there are great pubs, restaurants, and a grocery right in the neighborhood as well. The view from the terrace is stellar - you're virtually at the highest point in all of Dublin. Patricia was a delight - and was even watching the weather for us the morning we sailed, making sure we got on an earlier ferry so could still make the crossing to Wales. Could not have asked for a better combination.

We have just returned from a week over Christmas at this fabulous apartment. Prior to arrival the communication and helpfulness of Patricia was excellent. The apartment is furnished with good quality appliances and with plenty of matching crockery and cutlery which helped make a successful Christmas dinner. The sofas and tables were also of good quality and it is apparent that it is furnished with pride and with attention to detail. Patricia had even put up a lovely Christmas tree.

Although it was Winter we did go onto the rooftop as the views were amazing and it was lovely to watch the sun set and rise.

Dublin is a great place to visit with plenty of attractions. We visited the National Museum of Ireland and The History Museum which had free entry. We also would recommend Kilmainham Jail and the Guinness Storehouse.

The apartment is approximately a 15 - 20 minute walk into the Centre, which includes the famous Temple Bar. We enjoyed a lovely evening there in The Temple Bar on Boxing Night listening to traditional Irish Music. We also enjoyed lovely Irish meals including Guinness stew.

We would highly recommend staying at this apartment whilst in Dublin.

Just like home

This apt. has it all! We did not need a thing to make our stay very pleasant! We had no trouble getting a taxi, tea and coffee were provided and several eateries were right around the corner. Good location, nice host and it is evident Patricia wants her renters to be comfortable!

The apartment and location exceeded our expectations. Lovely accommodation, well equipped, very comfortable, warm, wonderful views of the city skyline from the rooftop terrace. Patricia was very helpful and friendly. Lovely piles of white towels, dressing gowns and slippers on the beds. The apartment is in a lovely development with a cinema, restaurants, bars and a great supermarket. The area was well lit and busy enough for four women of a certain age to feel safe but it wasn't noisy beside our acc and all the young people we met were friendly and considerate and many were dressed up for Halloween! The apartment itself was very quiet. It was a couple of minutes walk to the Smithfield Luas train stop and not far to walk to the river and city centre. The free phone with maps and a taxi number was a bonus. The bedrooms are small but with built in wardrobes and one ensuite and one private bathroom we were very comfortable. We would love to go again and for longer next time 😄򑀠Thanks Patricia

Could not ask for anything more!

From our first contact with Patricia, the owner, to checking out, we could not have asked for anything more! We arrived around noon on a Sunday and Patricia graciously met us at the apartment early. Everything was in working order, and spotlessly clean. The apartment is accessed by elevator on the seventh floor of the building. You enter on the floor with the bedrooms (two, each with a bath), then go up one flight to the living area with incredible views of Dublin and the Old Jameson Distillery building. You also have another flight of stairs to the top floor deck, with even more stunning views.

We loved sitting in the cozy living room after a day of sight-seeing, and enjoying a beverage, then cooking dinner in our own kitchen. And the kitchen had everything you could want to prepare meals...even spices and foil and plastic wrap! Honestly, you just need to purchase a few essentials to cook and you are good to go!

We also appreciated the welcome basket of milk, bread and a wonderful apple pie. Patricia is a wonderful hostess!

You have access to the tram system right outside the apartment, and the neighborhood is exceedingly safe. You are within walking distance of any of the must-see sights of Dublin, but away from the loud nightlife of Temple Bar area. It truly is the perfect location!
