The villa has four bedrooms, located on two levels, air-conditioned, four ponds (walk-in shower, WC), a children's room with two twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen opening a covered outdoor terrace and solarium over 100m² (including garden furniture, barbecue, parasol).
The pool recently established (2014 season) is secured by a gate and a tarp bar to bar.
There is also an outdoor water feature for the return of beaches, and a laundry room (washing machine).
Facilities: boules games, ironing board, iron, TV, umbrella and cooler for picnics, water games for the pool.
