This delightful apartment is located in a characteristic alley of Ortigia originally inhabited by fishermen and small artisans. Located just 30 meters from the Lungomare di Levante, the apartment stands on the first floor of a small building from the early 1900s, restored in full respect of the simple original architecture and is in a strategic position to experience the beauty of Ortigia and reach walk every corner of the island.
It is ideal for 4 people and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double sofa bed, a living room with an equipped kitchen, a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 5 guests and on request it is possible to add an additional single bed. Equipped with WI-FI connection, air conditioning / heat pump, TV, radio, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer and fully equipped with linen, towels and kitchenware. Under the house there is a public and free parking area, while just 100 meters away is the large parking lot on the island (Talete parking). A few steps from home you reach the heart of the island with its characteristic daily market of local products, the Temple of Apollo and the main premises. In addition, just 150 meters from the house heading south along the Levante cliff, you can reach the various solariums, from which you can swim.
