Why crowd into a tiny space when you can enjoy over 1000 sf of resort living space! This large two-bedroom townhome is available for the weekend or the week all year. The unit was fully remodeled this year including paint, flooring, granite and update bathrooms.

The upper floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub/shower, and full-size washer and dryer. The large primary bedroom has a comfortable queen memory foam bed and a foldaway single bed is available for your use if needed. You'll also enjoy a private balcony off the primary bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a bunkbed with twin over full size and a chair bed that is suitable for a smaller child or toddler. Each bedroom has a tv with cable and internet. There are TV's in both bedrooms.

The main floor has an extra-large family room with a balcony and TV with cable/internet, dining area with a table for eight, and a spacious kitchen. There is a bath with shower on the first floor. The family room has a queen size memory foam sleep sofa and two additional comfortable chairs.

Unit sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Both balconies overlook the complex pool, community grills and beach volleyball court. Kitchen is completely outfitted with granite countertops and includes a self-cleaning oven, a refrigerator with icemaker, a dishwasher and an over the range microwave. All kitchenware and linens (including beach towels) are provided. The unit is also stocked with board games and coloring books. There is parking for two cars under the unit and room for a third car between the road the unit.

The complex is across the street from the beach with easy beach access by traffic controlled pedestrian walkway. You'll be an easy walk from the center of Gulf Shores, where you'll find surf shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
