Like many of the condo complexes in North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Sands was built in the 1980’s. Located mid building and on the 2nd floor, unit E1 offers quick/easy beach access as well as, a beautiful ocean view.
You can unwind on the balcony in this inviting, two bedroom, two bath, oceanfront condo. Take a break from the beach with a dip in the OUTDOOR OCEANFRONT POOL. In addition, the building has an elevator just 30 feet from our unit's front door helping to limit your luggage burden.
The condo has a king-sized master bedroom with its own balcony access and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom contains two twin beds that can sleep children separately or be placed together forming a second, king-sized bed for adults. The guest bedroom also features its own bathroom and shower.
This unit offers a furnished kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Fine dining and shopping are both just minutes away.
We strive to make our condo budget friendly with a family feel and we attempt to make yearly updates based on our finances. So far, the unit has new floors in all the bedrooms, living room and kitchen as well as new paint on all the walls. We have refurbished the kitchen cabinets and replaced the counter top with granite. Both the master and guest bathrooms have been remodeled.
