Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps.

Beach Access: The home is located about 20 yards from the Beachside Village community beach access point.

Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend to Galveston!

Guest Access: You will have access to all 4 levels, the entire house is yours! There are massive decks on each level that provide the best beach views in Galveston.


On the ground level, you’ll find parking spaces for up to six cars in the driveway and garage. The wide-open, main level living area is bathed in elegant neutral tones, while the lofted ceiling is accented with gorgeous lighting. The massive kitchen is anchored by a chef-inspired gas range topped with a custom vent hood. Dark cherry wood cabinets are topped with pristine marble workspaces. A large island has a deep sink and double dishwashers— a dream when you’re cooking for large groups. The farmhouse-style dining table has enough room for everyone to gather together over pancakes and fresh-squeezed orange juice in the mornings or glasses of sweet iced tea in the afternoons.

Step into the comfy living area, with plush leather sofas facing a cozy fireplace flanked by floor-to-ceiling bookshelves. A flatscreen television makes this spot ideal for cuddling up for a movie night in with your whole crew and a huge bowl of popcorn. A wall of windows faces the quiet neighborhood and the shoreline beyond. The first bedroom is located just off this living space and has two queen-size beds and an en suite bathroom with a marble-topped, double vanity.
Endless Sleeping Options

Head up the staircase to the third-floor bedrooms. A master suite has a king-size bed with a tufted headboard, a flatscreen television mounted over the fireplace, and dramatic, crown-molding lighting fixtures. The white marble en suite bathroom is like having your own private spa— complete with a grand, free-standing, clawfoot tub for soaking. A secondary master suite on this floor also has a king-size bed and private, attached bathroom. Another bedroom is a snug bunk room for kids of all ages— with a full-over-full bunk, two twin-over-full-bunks, and an attached bathroom. The laundry room sits just at the top of the stairs.

On the penthouse level, you’ll find two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin-size bed. The other has four sets of bunk beds— three are twin-over-full and one is twin-over-twin. A game room on this level has a comfy sectional sofa, an arcade-style game, and a walkout to a soaring deck that gives you a birds-eye view of the ocean over the swaying palm treetops.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 would need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
