O estúdio está em Fitrovia no centro de Londres. Foi recentemente renovado e acrescentado a este site por isso temos alguns comentários ainda. Este apartamento é como um quarto de hotel esperto mas melhor valor e com uma pequena kitchenette. Não há sala de estar separada.

O apartamento está a uma curta distância de Oxford Street, a principal rua comercial de Londres, mas também perto da encantadora Regents Park. Melhor valor e muito melhor do que a maioria dos hotéis no centro de Londres. O apartamento foi recentemente totalmente remodelado. Há um colchão de qualidade que foi renovado em agosto de 2016. Ele vem com acesso à Internet Wi-Fi. Tem duplos, janelas com caixilhos tradicionais de vidros. Ele tem uma pequena cozinha e uma casa de banho moderna. O apartamento é para duas pessoas.

Perfect location & home away from home

I never could have stayed this long in London (4 weeks) if I hadn't had this studio to come back to & relax in every night.

The space is perfect - bedroom area, small kitchen, large wardrobe for storage & an ensuite bathroom.

Walkable to quite a few tube stations & easy bus routes to follow. Really in the centre of everything. I'll be back

Superb-location, great modern facilities, and fabulous convenience in the heart of Fitzrovia!

My initial rental flat was cancelled just few days before my arrival while I was already in Luxembourg. I was hurrying to find a new place to stay in London and the owner of this property was one of the fastest and the kindest to reply me with detailed procedure with clear explanation. All they written to me was very trustworthy and in good manner.

Although the room itself is very compact, considering the over-priced London hotels, their (mostly) shabby facilities and not particulary attractive locations, this self-contained flat was more than enough for me to enjoy the full Londoners's life in the 'real' centre of central London.

I used to live in London for many years in various lacations across London, but this flat is the most centrally and conveniently located property. Yes, the room is very small so it maybe a bit difficult for those tall or big sized travellers with lots of luggage. ( I'm UK size 10)

For me, It was enough to put two medium sized suitcases and there was a plently of cupboard, etc. The shower & toilet was extremely efficient, modern and very clean. The kitchen is also small but enough for 1 person to do some simple cooking for few days.

The area is extremely lively with full of interesting and newly opened great bars and restaurants, supermarkets, and daily necessity shops so it is even super safe to come back late at night alone. Next door is one of the celebrated Islaeli resaturants, which gave me a great aroma throughout the day! You may not enjoy it if you are not up for that kind of lively Londoner's central London hip life style. But if you are in need of going in and out between West End shows and shopping, like I did, this is the best location.

I didn't get to see Michelle but her mother and David helped me to sort out my luggage and explained to me about the room with lovely and polite manner. I was very happy with my turned out to be the best choice I made in the end. If I were to travel again in London, I will definately come back! Thank you so much! I really appreciated it!

Clean, modern and a great location.

A very clean, modern apartment. It is small but that is to be expected in London. The location felt safe and it is close to transportation, and shops. We had a good stay.

perfect location, charming hosts

we stayed over the bank holiday and were delighted with our stay. The place was as described, clean and functional. We had great communication with the hosts.

The studio is really well situated, with a few tube options a short walk away. For sure we will be back if we come back to London. thank you!

Cozy and great location

Enjoyed our stay, very welcoming and then let us to ourselves. Amazing location, nice bathroom and worked for my wife and I. It is tight space but we spent most our day sight seeing.

Lovely flat, wonderful location, a few problems

Fitzrovia, where this flat is located is lovely and delightful. If you do not know London well, don't worry about this not being a neighborhood that you have not heard of: it's great. Student saturated, it has, like its neighbor Bloomsbury, delightful eateries and shops. It is safe, well-trafficked and conveniently located both to the Tube and buses.

The flat itself is very comfortable and well laid out. I particularly liked that the kitchen is in a separate nook rather than actually "in" the sleeping area (as it often is in in studios). I also very much liked the shower, and the very clean and well maintained--if a trifle sterile-- aspect of the place in general.

This said, I would have appreciated: 1) a place to store (non refrigerated) groceries -- there is literally none. I myself would transform the wasted space of the little underlit shelf in the sleeping area (along the depth of the closet) into a cupboard with multiple shelves -- I would prefer this to have a door, but even open shelves would be very welcome.

2) more reliable wifi. During my week there, it would drop out frequently. My guess is that there is interference disrupting it somehow, and that placing the router in the unit would very much improve things.

3) less noise. the lease stipulates that the renter is to be quiet and I was. However, you should know that this flat is above the kitchen of a very popular middle eastern restaurant and a bar, and that from one or the other loud, crappy pop music blares out from midmorning until late at night to rise over the din of dishwashing and staff conversation. I disliked this enough to be unlikely to rent this place again in the summer (there is no air conditioning, so you have to have the windows open or you will suffocate).

4) better windows or AC. I had to prop open the one proper window with a kitchen implement since it would otherwise not stay open at all. BTW, there is literally no view from this flat. This in itself did not bother me (in fact, I selected the "rear" flat since I thought it would be less noisy than a street facing one, but this turned out, alas, to be a mistake for the reason I noted above). You are often forced with urban flats to choose view or quiet. In this case, unfortunately, you get neither.

5) Finally, be SURE to confirm with your greeter EXACTLY how to access the flat on the day of arrival. Otherwise you will be confused, I promise you.
