O apartamento tem uma deslumbrante vista panorâmica do mar e está situado em frente à praia. O apartamento tem acesso próprio portas ao nível da rua e é acessado por um pequeno lance de escadas para o primeiro andar. Existe uma cozinha totalmente equipada (máquina de lavar louça, microondas, forno, fogão, geladeira / freezer) com portas francesas para a varanda. Há um grande plano aberto sala de estar / jantar com janelas panorâmicas que dão amplas vistas para o mar. O apartamento é totalmente climatizado e há uma TV e DVD. Lovely Apartment with Charachter in a Great Location

I have just returned from a week (two adults and two ten year olds). The apartment has an excellent location as it sits so close to the promenade with a decent balcony that is a great spot for people watching. The road on the prom is very busy with cars, motorcycles and people strolling past. Don't let this put you off because the entrance is on a quiet road at the rear and both bedrooms are at the rear and there is no noise at night. There is a staircase to negotiate to reach the apartment.

We were met by Connie at the property who is extremely helpful and the collection of keys could not have been easier. The apartment is very clean and well equipped for eating in. The beach has life guards at peak times and flag system to advise on bathing conditions. It is a pebble beach and there are lots of watersports etc further down the beach.

It is a short stroll of a minute or two to the bustling Old Town with narrow streets and open spaces with hundreds of restaurants. There is market for fruit, fish, flowers and antiques close by. Local supermarkets are dotted around although the closest I found was a good ten minute walk. The area feels very safe to walk around and I found the local vendors to be very helpful. The Old Port is a ten minute walk away and mixes the old with the new, commercial and leisure craft. Monte Carlo is a short train journey and the trains are cheap and efficient.

I enjoyed Nice and if I ever return I would for sure stay here again.

Perfectly Amazing!

My family and I visited Nice, France in late April 2017. We wanted to stay in an apartment like setting with a kitchen due to the fact that my husband and I brought our 2 young girls (ages 2yrs and 5yrs). We couldn't have chosen a better place. This apartment was amazing. The location was spectacular. The views of the Mediterranean were breathtaking. The size of the apartment was perfect for our girls to run around and play. They loved to people watch when we opened the French doors overlooking the Promenade des Aglais and the Mediterranean. The kitchen was stocked with everything (dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, etc) to prepare homemade meals if we were too tired to eat out or to prepare meals for my girls. I loved the fact that there was also a washing machine. It helped me to pack light knowing that I would be able to do laundry during our 15 day vacation in Europe. The location of the apartment is walking distance to most of the major sights to see (Cours Saleya, Castle Hill, Promenade des Anglais, the #ILOVENICE photo op site, etc). Eileen, the owner, was spectacular. She was very professional, prompt, and helpful with my inquiries.

The only downsides I would say regarding the apartment are that the cable tv was not working and if you are sensitive to noise, it may be too noisy to hear the cars whiz by. The fact that the cable tv was not working did not bother me at all. We came to Nice for vacation, not to watch TV. Fortunately, the apartment comes with free wifi and we had our iPads handy to entertain the girls if they wanted a bit of screen time. You could only hear the whizzing cars if you sit in the front room (living room). Once you shut the bedroom door and the door leading out to the living room, you won't hear the cars.

Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment. My family and I would come back to it in a heartbeat if we visit Nice again.

Perfect Stay

We cannot say enough about this apartment! Coffee on that patio every morning is one of our favorite memories of the trip. The view really is as beautiful as the pics and the apartment was very clean! Connie was great. She made sure the coming and going was easy and we were stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn't be better - so close to everything you could want... the beach, restaurants, sights, shopping, everything! I would recommend this apartment to everyone! If you're researching apts in Nice and are trying to figure out which rental to stay in, it's this one!!!

Great location - stunning Sea View!

This apartment is very well equipped, spacious and beautiful. Location great with old town just outside the door, the harbour around the corner an the sea right across the street. The traffic is busy outside the living-room and kitchen but we weren´t disturbed by it in the bedrooms which are located on the opposite side of the apartment.

Connie was very helpful and kind to us despite our late arrival. A welcome kit with milk, water, juice, wine, bread, cheese, eggs etc waited for us upon arrival. The wardrobes, in both bedrooms are generous and filled with hangers - you won´t miss anything here!

If there is anything - the bed in the master bedroom was broken somewhere in the frame so it made noises whenever you moved in it.

Overall - we are satisfied with this apartment and will definitely return if we come to Nice again!

Good location in "Vieux-Nice" with sea-vieuw

Well- maintained property on good location.

We only had problem with fault window blind on sea side and television witch was not working well. (satelite -problem?) . Double glass in windows side "boulevard des Etats-Unis" is a suggestion to avoid trafic noise.

We enjoyed the staying and sunny weather and can recommand the nice place in Nice.

best location in Nice!

Just returned from our fifth stay on the rue des Ponchettes and we love it even more! This house suited all our needs for two couples (plus an extra two guests for a couple of nights). The view from the balcony is superb with its vista of the whole Baie des Anges and we spent many happy hours soaking in the view and the great weather. Getting around is easy if you want to visit other towns on the Riviera - just a 6-7 minute walk though the old town for the tram to the station. We also used the small shuttle bus (T32) which stopped right outside the front door approximately every hour and took us to the Port and Mont Boron. For a great meal in the Port we recommend La Barque Blue - we have never had a bad meal there. Our favourite restaurants on the Cours Saleya are La Cambuse and the Safari (can't recommend Chez Freddie - poor, surly service and expensive.)

This house was great for adults/teens but I don't think I'd recommend it for families with very small children due to the many stairs. Also, there was no SKY TV service available (which the owners are trying to get unblocked). However, we weren't there to watch TV so this was no problem for us.

Maire was great to work with on the booking details and Connie answered any questions we had while we were in Nice. From this point of view alone, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending No.22 for a fabulous Riviera holiday

O "Ponchettes" são um dos pontos de referência de Old Nice, classificadas para a proteção como um tesouro histórico e arquitectónico. Datado do século 18 o apartamento está situado entre as arcadas e terraços que compõem o Ponchettes. O apartamento tem belas vistas sobre a Baie des Anges (Baía dos Anjos), com uma praia de cascalho em frente e do antigo castelo está a uma curta caminhada de distância. Também à sua porta é a Promenade des Anglais - famosa esplanada é agradável à beira-mar. É 6km de comprimento e é um lugar fantástico para um passeio ou você pode contratar uma lâmina de bicicleta ou rolo para cima e para baixo. O Cours Saleya com o seu famoso mercado das flores, cafés e restaurantes fica a menos de um minuto a pé da casa. Nas proximidades, há também alguns excelentes lojas especializadas, galerias de arte e museus (Musée Matisse, Musee des Beaux Arts, Musee d'Art Moderne et Contemporain).
