Set in extensive grounds and yet within a few minutes' walk of the centre of the village, Trewyn Bach is a traditional Welsh cottage with a wonderful view over a beautiful sweeping bay towards Rhoscolyn in the distance. There is direct access to the award-winning sandy beach below.
Trewyn Bach has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with twin beds and the third with a single bed. Bed linen is provided.
There is a well fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, built-in cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. The washing machine is in the adjoining utility room. The bathroom has a shower/bath, washbasin and toilet and there is also a separate toilet and washbasin.
The light and airy sitting room is dual aspect and benefits from both the morning and the afternoon/evening sun. The view from the sitting room and the front patio is stunning and looking out over the bay when the sun is setting is magical.
The cottage is warm and cosy, insulated to the highest standards and double glazed, with additional secondary glazing.
Trewyn Bach has broadband wireless Internet access and there is a full HD TV with Freesat box.
There is plenty of parking in the house grounds for boats and vehicles. It is a no-smoking cottage. I am afraid that we are not able to accept pets in the cottage.
