Our semi-water front 1000 sq ft renovated "Sailing Suite"[lower 2 levels] best accommodates max 4 adults & 2 children. It has 2 bedrooms [1 on each level] each with a queen bed, 1 full bath, full kitchen, living room, rec room with futon & air hockey table, washer/dryer, Wi-fi & Gas BBQ. Our home can be enjoyed during any season of the year. 7 day rentals are preferred during July & August [Saturday-check-in]. Extended stays welcome.

This is a great place to vacation with family as it is right across the road from the beach [beach is a little rocky so bring your watershoes or flipflops], includes a swimming platform & boat buoy. Please let us know when making a booking if you require use of the buoy-1st come 1st serve basis.
This is a pet-free, smoke-free environment [no smoking of any kind on the premises]. There is an entrance on the ground level & a second entrance off the large brand new deck in 2021 overlooking the water.
Our 2nd suite [The LakeHouse] enters from the backside of the building allowing for privacy for each unit. Parking is available for 2 average-sized vehicles. If you are coming to the area to invite a lot of friends/family over-our place is not for you- as we have limited parking area.
Planning a family gathering or bringing a larger group, the entire house [over 2100 sq ft] is available for bookings. Can sleep 10-12 with the luxury of 2 full kitchens & 3 bathrooms.
