One Block to Ocean and One Block to Bay in Secluded South Mission Beach. Stay here with us to enjoy the beach and bay away from the crowds. Restaurants, Markets, Rentals Amusement park, Indoor Pool and Health Club are within walking distance. Rentals for Bikes, Boogie Boards, Surfboards etc are extremely close. Belmont Park is only a stone throw away as well. Stay in South Mission Beach and Enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets everyday.

The studio has hardwood and tile floors throughout, Redwood walls and closet, tile and travertine marble bathroom, some have granite countertops with bar seating and a pleather queen size couch/futon. Full kitchen with everything you need: Pots, Pans, Plates, Utensils, Glasses, Cups, Coffee Maker, Stove & Oven, Full Sized Refrigerator and Stainless Steel Appliances. Relax seated on the porch reading a book or playing a guitar taking in the luke warm and breezy air.

Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, para sailing, jet skis, etc.

This property is managed by Mission Beach Management.

Parties are strictly prohibited.

Sleeps 2 in beds, and 2 on Queen size futon.

Parking: For 1 vehicle in reserved tandem parking space. You will be sharing with unit #1 parking in tandem. One vehicle for each unit.

Walking distance to Shops, Restaurants, Market, Bars/Pubs. Drive 5 minutes to Seaworld, 10 minutes from Gaslamp/Downtown, Petco Park, Qualcomm Stadium, 2 blocks from bay.

NO ANIMALS. NO SMOKING PLEASE.
No guests will be allowed at property that are not disclosed prior to making reservation.

Note: All guests will need to agree and sign the terms stated in Rules from the attached contract in the listing when they make reservation. A Confirmation Contract and Reservation Request Form will be emailed and must be completed and returned. Also we require guest(s) to show Identification when checking in. A picture can be emailed prior to arrival. Subleasing, Parties, Smoking and Pets are Prohibited. If we have received these documents we will be sending check in information when the property is ready on the day of arrival.

Great for 2 people. Very close to beach. Got help in good time when I called the hosts I would recommend this place.

Cute and cozy

This place is as described and great for one or two people. Road noise, airplanes going over and poor parking situation keeps the score from being 5 star. If you stay here, bring a SMALL car. Otherwise, enjoyed it.

Great for a quick getaway!

Clean, comfy and perfect location for a quick getaway! Bed was comfortable and plenty of needed amenities. Definitely would stay here again!

...the location was good but...

The location was awesome, ...The shower curtain and tile had mold growing on them. None of the towels matched and most were very worn out. The bed sheets were definitely older, and the bed was much like sleeping on a pull out couch. The front door was a hollow core door and it opened onto Mission Blvd. So the location was great, but...

Perfect location!

I stayed here with my 6&7 year old.which for more than 3 nights proved to be too small LOL. We enjoyed a morning walk everyday where we bought coffee at a nearby cafe, picked up groceries down the street a and could skip to the ocean if we pleased. The good news: As I mentioned the studio is tiny however, the kitchen is a decent size for cooking and the fridge is a good size. The bathroom is also comfortable with a large shower and room to maneuver. All was VERY CLEAN The Murphy bed and futon are comfortable and the sheets were clean and comfy. The not so good news: The parking situation is not the best and I wasn't told that it was complicated. I specifically asked about parking and was told there was one space reserved for me. There are 4 parking spaces and you will be blocked in as it is a tight squeeze with 4 cars parked right next and behind each other. I have a Toyota rav 4 which isn't that big the car next to me was compact thankfully! And the neighbors did park their small convertible behind me at one point. So you'll have to get to know the neighbors so you can coordinate when they can move their car and vs.... this should've been disclosed if you have a truck or SUV you can't stay here I'll tell you that! Once the Murphy bed and Futon are set up there isn't room to do much else but sleep. So be sure you're ok with that should you book. I was never able to get the tv to work and Managment didn't know what to do about it either... I was told I could ask one of the other tenants to help me which I said I wasn't comfortable with. There was never a follow up call from Managment and we were at the beach a lot so I let it be because I wasn't going to complain on my vacation. The coffee maker (which was dirty) is so small that I wasn't able to find the right filters and none were provided. The toaster didn't work but I figured I'd just make do and make toast on the pan I had to buy as steel ones in the studio didn't look good LOL. The blender is also quite dated and I can't tell you if that worked. There were a lot of utensils and plates for 3 with 2 coffee cups. Bottle opener, plenty of cooking utensils and a large island style cutting board, dish soap and hand soap so don't pack any of that. There weren't any condiments salt pepper oil etc so bring those. Garbage cans are nearby so that was a plus.Tenants were quiet no parties If u can overlook the other stuff you'll luv the location because it made up for all the little thing
