Country house in Xaló with capacity for 5 people, two rooms equipped with air conditioning for cold and heat, kitchen, bathroom, dining room also with air conditioning and fireplace, porch terrace, lower garden terrace and pool terrace, which is left closed by a wall with two doors for security before young children, intimate, quiet and 5 minutes from the town center on foot and 10 from the center. There is a separate room for the washing machine.

The house is located in the privileged Jalón valley, in whose center is the town that is quiet, leaving weekends apart, in which it receives a large number of visitors in its wineries, bakeries and traditional butchers, as well as in the Jalón's famous trail, which is held every Saturday morning and gathers a large number of visitors. The Jalón Valley offers multiple leisure options such as hiking, visits to museums and local sites of interest, apart from its proximity to the beaches of Calpe and Benissa that are only 15 minutes away, without having to suffer its massages throughout the day since the town is quiet while dynamic, especially in the summer months, when one of its management parties is held on August 4. In October, the second patron saint festivities are celebrated, equally important and very participated by local people and visitors.
