Situated on the beach side of Butler Avenue, Sandpiper Cottage is steps from the ocean, popular restaurants, and area attractions. The cottage has been lovingly restored with many of its original details. The stylishly updated kitchen and bathroom provide all of today’s modern amenities without compromising the historic character of the home. Features include an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a deck off of the screened porch.

This beautiful beach cottage is owned by noted designer and stylist Elizabeth Demos along with her sister Mary. They both grew up near the beach and had always dreamed of owning a getaway near the ocean. Elizabeth and Mary hope you enjoy their beachside escape during your visit to Tybee Island.

Special Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were here in the off season, when this section of Tybee is quiet and light on other vacationers. Enjoyed hearing the surf, seeing stars, making the short walk to the beach and restaurants, and spending time relaxing on the big screened porch. Beautifully decorated cottage, very comfortable for visiting with family despite its compact size.

Charming little piece of heaven!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sandpiper was perfectly appointed and we loved everything about it - the decor, the location, the privacy and especially the screened in porch. My husband and I agreed if we ever won the lotto the first thing we would do is try to buy it! We traveled with our 1.5 year old and after some small relocation of decorative objects it was perfect for her.
