Excellent property at reasonable price

The apartment was on a fantastically clean and well maintained quiet site. The grounds were lovely for sunbathing even though the water in the pool was chilly.The apartment was on the 4 th floor overlooking pool and sunbathing area.There was a lift for those with weak or aged knees. In the flat the balcony was superb for breakfast and evening meals. Very hot at lunchtime ( kept down the sea for cooling breeze. Bedroom was functional with two single beds and a ceiling fan. The bathroom was also functional but had everything you needed. An issue for us (73 ) was the toilet which was rather close to the facing wall. I’ve just had a knee operation and could manage with care. The shower was over a small bath but we coped quite well. The kitchen was well equipped and had large fridge and cooker. Utensils were fine.The living room had a nice settee with a low table so you could eat indoors. A very good air conditioner kept the room cool. Apartment very close to a great supermarket. The sea front was a max. of 5 minutes away and in front was the best beach in the area. Local cafes, bars and restaurants were excellent with fish, paella and local dishes . Prices much lower than anticipated. To the right is Los Américas and to the left Los Christianos . Great promenade for walking miles if you wanted.We averaged 4 to 5 miles a day with no problem especially if you walked early or late . Overall a great holiday which we can recommend if you can walk downhill/uphill to/from beach .

We have a lovely couple on-site to maintain the apartment to the highest standard. We bought this apartment after many years of poor holiday stays abroad with disappointing rooms, seaviews that were only partial and issues. Come to our beautiful apartment, fully equipped with fabulous seaviews in a quiet complex but close by all the amenities. You will have a fantastic and memorable stay and we hope you also will return again and again.

Great walks by the sea or into the old town of Los Cristianos. It is the perfect place to unwind and relax whether you are with others or just by yourself. You will feel safe and secure and enjoy the location and amenities. Whether you want a busy day/night or just a relaxing one this is the perfect oasis.

Modern apartment without clutter but equipped with everything you need on holiday. More private than a Hotel with double thick walls omitting sound and balcony private, not overlooked. Swimming pool access which is usually very quiet, no cost for sunbeds nor need to put a towel down early. Well maintained complex with Caretaker on site who can fix any maintenance issues for you quickly. Mercadona supermarket beside the complex gives the best convenience and price. Local cafés nearby provide great prices and lovely service. Right in the heart of action but quiet when you close the door.
