Support and Help when sick

This was our second year booking this wonderful condo for three weeks! Our previous year was for three weeks as well and we had a wonderful time. This year we arrived to the same beautiful condo with amazing views of the beach, ocean and sunsets that never ceased to delight. On our 7th day both my husband and I tested positive for Covid (the first time for both of us). I let Peter know and he wanted to make sure I knew to call him if I needed food picked up and delivered or transportation to a doctor or hospital. My husband is a cancer patient which complicates these things and we are from Canada. He checked on us every few days and when I had to take my husband to the hospital for a breathing treatment not only did he offer to drive us but ensured we were going to a good hospital. I am sorry we ended up becoming sick on our visit this year but we were fortunate we could enjoy a beautiful view and the knowledge that Peter was not just supportive with anything to do with the condo but also with the unexpected issues of life. I recommend this as a wonderful example of a supportive, caring host willing to go the extra mile. I was worried about anyone staying after us but I was assured that all Covid protocols were followed after each stay whether someone had Covid or not. Thank you Peter.

Spectacular Sunsets and Beach

An ocean view that never disappointed with sunsets that were spectacular. The condo was roomy and very comfortable. All the items you need for a comfortable visit including the beds. Peter was an excellent host and we have already booked our trip for next year. Thank you Peter for sharing.

Rest and Recuperation Paradise

My goal was to find a nice, quiet place on the beach that would be the perfect atmosphere for recuperation. This Unit exceeded everything I could have hoped for! Excellent location directly on the beach only a few steps to the sand. Ground floor unit allowed us to sit and relax on the patio and enjoy the sounds of the waves in the morning and view amazing sunsets in the evenings. Owner was excellent to communicate with and we had a wonderful visit. One of my favorite VRBO rentals ever. I HIGHLY recommend it.

Beautiful Confo

Condo was just spectacular. It was easy access to the beach and pool. The sunsets were amazing, truly a million dollar view. The manager Peter was easy to contact and responded quickly. He greeted us to explained how things worked. Had an amazing month with my family. Everything you need is there.

Located 40 minutes from Bush Gardens and 1.5 hours to Orlando (Disney parks, universal studios parks). 5 minutes to Pier 60 and snorkeling boats, deep sea fishing, parasailing and shell adventures, jetskiing. Great fishing right out your back door on the beach or enjoy offshore fishing. Dolphins playing right in front of your eyes. Property offers the MOST beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Dont forget to pack a camera. Owners are located in the area. This property has it all. Enjoy the vacation you need and the one you deserve.
