The primary renter must be in attendance during the entire reservation from check in to checkout dates.

The Master bedroom is on the main floor and boasts floor to ceiling windows with lake views and sliding doors to the upper deck for that morning coffee. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with designer touches throughout. 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 full, 1 twin, 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 11 if 2 children sleep on the sleeper sofa. Please add $40 per person per night over 8 guests. Comforters, duvets, comfy cozy bedding and pillows, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and fireplace make this retreat oh so cozy and romantic!
The owners have taken such pride in their home and you can tell from the moment you walk in the front door! Leather furnishings, flat screen TV's, outdoor dining and lounging furniture, fabulous open concept and eat-at bar with a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs!
Bedroom 2 has a Queen and full dresser, down comforter and duvet, 400 tc sheets, big windows, full bath with tub/shower combination, located on the opposite side of the house.
Master Bedroom 2 (bedroom 3) is located downstairs with a full bath/shower and tub, Queen bed and bunk beds for the kiddos, full on bottom and twin on top. Second living area, Queen sleeper sofa, TV, wet bar, private deck, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Sleeps 9 comfortably in beds, but there is a sleeper sofa to sleep 1 or 2 more! A $40 charge per person, per night, over 8 guests will apply when booking. Owner approval for day visitors. Parking for 4 cars maximum, or 2 cars with a truck, trailer, and boat. 9 adults maximum without owner approval. No singles parties, Bachelor parties, or bachelorette parties. Couples and families only without owner approval.
Located on the south side of the lake and just 1 block from boat ramp 5 and the Canyon Lake Golf course and one block to the subdivision pool! Pool Key will be on property for guest's convenience. Close to boat ramp 5 for swimming, fishing, skiing, and just 15 minutes to New Braunfels, or 6 miles to the most popular section of the Guadalupe to drop your tubes in.
Damage Deposit: Your damage deposit will be refunded one week after your departure if the following conditions are met: 1) no damages are made to the property, house or furniture; 2) the house is left in an orderly fashion and not in need of additional cleaning due to excessive trash or messes; and 3) neighbors or guests at the other house were not disturbed during your stay where complaints were made. We will not hold your deposit hostage, we just want people to be considerate guests.
