All guests over 17 years of age will need to sign the indemnity agreement, and the primary guest will need to be over the age of 27, sign the Keller Williams waiver, the Indemnity agreement, and submit a current valid Drivers License prior to checking in. The primary renter must be in attendance during the entire reservation from check in to checkout dates.


Complimentary Continental Breakfast (a light breakfast with a mixture of pastries, breakfast bars, cereal, and coffee in a basket in your room). 24/7 Manager on duty, linen service (all beds are freshly made with laundered linens , fresh clean towels, hand towels, and washcloths per guest count. Extra linens available upon request).

Feel the warm Summer breezes from the water off the decks of LAKESIDE OASIS! Lake views from the floor to ceiling windows surrounding the home! This home is NOT waterfront, but just 1 block from boat ramp 5 and awesome shoreline for swimming, fishing, floating, snorkeling! Huge Hill Country and lake views! This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, with wrap arounf deck and patios, fenced in yard, fire pit, and sure to please even the pickiest traveler!

The Master bedroom is on the main floor and boasts floor to ceiling windows with lake views and sliding doors to the upper deck for that morning coffee. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated with designer touches throughout. 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 full, 1 twin, 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 11 if 2 children sleep on the sleeper sofa. Please add $40 per person per night over 8 guests. Comforters, duvets, comfy cozy bedding and pillows, jetted tub, walk-in shower, and fireplace make this retreat oh so cozy and romantic!

The owners have taken such pride in their home and you can tell from the moment you walk in the front door! Leather furnishings, flat screen TV's, outdoor dining and lounging furniture, fabulous open concept and eat-at bar with a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs!

Bedroom 2 has a Queen and full dresser, down comforter and duvet, 400 tc sheets, big windows, full bath with tub/shower combination, located on the opposite side of the house.

Master Bedroom 2 (bedroom 3) is located downstairs with a full bath/shower and tub, Queen bed and bunk beds for the kiddos, full on bottom and twin on top. Second living area, Queen sleeper sofa, TV, wet bar, private deck, and laundry room with washer and dryer.

Sleeps 9 comfortably in beds, but there is a sleeper sofa to sleep 1 or 2 more! A $40 charge per person, per night, over 8 guests will apply when booking. Owner approval for day visitors. Parking for 4 cars maximum, or 2 cars with a truck, trailer, and boat. 9 adults maximum without owner approval. No singles parties, Bachelor parties, or bachelorette parties. Couples and families only without owner approval.

Located on the south side of the lake and just 1 block from boat ramp 5 and the Canyon Lake Golf course and one block to the subdivision pool! Pool Key will be on property for guest's convenience. Close to boat ramp 5 for swimming, fishing, skiing, and just 15 minutes to New Braunfels, or 6 miles to the most popular section of the Guadalupe to drop your tubes in.

Damage Deposit: Your damage deposit will be refunded one week after your departure if the following conditions are met: 1) no damages are made to the property, house or furniture; 2) the house is left in an orderly fashion and not in need of additional cleaning due to excessive trash or messes; and 3) neighbors or guests at the other house were not disturbed during your stay where complaints were made. We will not hold your deposit hostage, we just want people to be considerate guests.

Nice view and spacious home
I gave this home an overall rating 2 stars because of the property Manager Tammy. She is the rudest and most critical person I have ever dealt with. The home lost power twice while we were there and I reported the issue as they request you to do, and she immediately blamed us for the issue. She said small appliances we were using such as blow dryer, curling irons, coffee pots, toasters were causing the issue. I explained to her that we were in Canyon Lake in 100 degree weather and were not worried about our hair and using those devices. We also did not use the coffee pot instead went to McDonald for coffee. She is the rudest person ever and will blame you for every issue you report. I met the owner of the home and he was very nice, I had the opportunity to report Tammys rudeness to him but I don't want anyone to loose their job. I will never rent a home in Canyon Lake that she manages, she is very unprofessional. I'll wait to hear her rude responses.

House was in a great location for us for all we were wanting to do. Home was large & spacious enough for 8 adults.

Nicely arranged vacation home!
This property was nice with a split arrangement. Upstairs boasts two bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen, and open living area. Downstairs has another living area, kitchenette, wet bar, bathroom, and third bedroom. This was perfect for our group. The 20 somethings had room to spread out downstairs and there was plenty of room upstairs for us to come together. Everything was really nice and clean as far as bathrooms and kitchen. There were a few minor items like dusting and lose fixtures that could use some attention. I let the property owner know and they were appreciative of the information. Good people to work with! This was our second stay at the property! Overall nice property!

Very accommodating
Mr & Mrs Duarte were wonderful hosts. The house was ready when we arrived with the air conditioner on. There was easy to grab snacks for the children until we could get to the store. The house was homey and spacious. The boat launch #5 was not far. The lake beach was not far either but you must get there early as the beaches fill up quick and then entrance is closed. We spent our days on the lake and the evenings cooking and hanging at the house and our nights around the fire pit or sitting on one of the decks. There were games that we played around the large kitchen table. We had a very nice time getting away. Enjoyed every minute.
