The wonderful views of the beach from this ocean front condo will keep you mesmerized! Sit out on the nice size patio to have your morning coffee while watching the dolphins frolic in the waves. The master bedroom holds a king size bed, the second bedroom holds a queen size bed, the third bedroom holds 2 twins and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two new 42" flat screens TVs in this unit for your viewing pleasure. Catch the sunset from the western facing balcony! You can also watch the action down at the B building pool as well. Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens and towels with beds made. Located in Building A. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Summer Winds provides an amazing number of recreational amenities that make it "the vacation spot" of choice for renters year after year. Available for your leisure are three large outdoor pools with tanning decks; a heated indoor pool; both indoor and outdoor hot tubs; men and women's saunas; as well as a professionally equipped exercise facility. Our sports complex center also features racquetball, basketball, and lighted tennis courts to cater to the active competitors in your family. There is also an arcade with a snack bar. NO BOAT PARKING.

Additionally, Summer Winds offers an ideal setting for groups and meetings with its conference facilities, lounge, and security staff. Nearby you'll enjoy local dining, golf courses, and shopping.

Needs updating but the location can't be beat

The property feels worn and somewhat dated. Several appliances didn't work properly, cookware was old and scratched, and things like light bulbs were missing from fixtures. It just didn't have the polish that other units we have rented have had. But the views from the porch can't be beat, and if you are willing to overlook the rough edges this is a great place to stay.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Realty company was very nice and helpful. As far as the rental property, ugh.... The shower curtain in the shared bathroom was moldy, so we went and bought one to replace it. The floors throughout were filthy. Our socks turned black from walking throughout the condo. Our whole reason for staying here was for the inside pool and hot tub, which neither were working! I understand things happen, but it didn’t work the WHOLE time we were there! We would have stayed in Topsail by the marine base had we known this! We did not have hot water the first night or morning that we got there. A maintenance man had to come fix it. Our positive was the view we had.

Vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very disappointing. There was a lot of light bulbs either missing or didn't work. Entrance door didn't latch so if you didn't use the dead bolt each time it would blow open on it's own and the slider never locked. Didn't make if feel very safe. Master bedroom door doesn't close. HVAC filter in hallway when the sun hit it, looked like it had never been changed. Cabinets were in need of repair and bathrooms where very dated and run down with mold. So if you have a mold allergy this is not the place to stay. Refrigerator only opens part way so you could not use both draws at the bottom. Needed a lot of TLC. Spent most of my time cleaning instead of enjoying my stay. Views from the balcony made up for it. We did enjoy our stay.and I would recommend summer winds. It's a great place to vacation with family with the pools and beach.
