We built this house in this location because it has a private setting but so close to the town and beach. You could walk, bike or take the public shuttle bus to town or bike. Uber is available all over the island as well. Public transportation is available to go to the ocean beaches i.e. Surfside, Cisco et al. Bartlett Farm, Cisco breweries, Sconset and Madaket are also a short car ride away. This is the perfect family house for extended families since each can stay on different floors. Get away resting areas are perfect for relaxing and reading!
