Este acolhedor e confortável 98m2 2 quartos (com cama de casal, cama, armários e seguro), 2 casas de banho situadas no Island Village é tudo o que você poderia querer de uma auto-atendimento, com cozinha totalmente equipada modernizado (incluindo forno de tamanho completo, placa vitrocerâmica , máquina de lavar louça, geladeira / freezer, máquina de lavar, forno de microondas), sala de jantar com mesa grande (para 8 pessoas) com cadeiras (+ cadeira de criança) e espaço para mais 2 pessoas no lounge. O apartamento está completamente equipado com TV de tela plana, DVD player e vista para o mar a partir do terraço 16m2 e acesso wi-fi. No terraço há mesa com cadeiras sob guarda-chuva e 2 espreguiçadeiras confortáveis ​​+ 2 cadeiras de sol agradáveis.

Alojamento máxima é de 4 pessoas + 2.

No Centro Comercial San Eugenio você vai encontrar o supermercado Mercadona, onde você vai encontrar muitos dos produtos locais e internacionais para tentá-lo.

Apenas 10-15 minutos a pé é a praia local de Puerto Colón, com areia branca, completo com salva-vidas e muitas lojas e bares ao redor da área de praia, onde se pode sentar e ver os iates na marina cosmopolita toma a sua sangria.

One of our best holidays!!!

Wonderful apartment!!! We are family with two children, 6 and 2 years old and we stayed for 2 weeks (18.Jan- 1.Feb). Everything is like in the description and even better but the best is that the owner wants you to feel like at home, She wants that her guests are feeling well and wellcome. All you need is awailable in the apartment. Our best moment when we were inside we spent on the sunny balcony. The beds are confortable and it is very quiet. we slept like angels:))) We´ve rented a car and everything (beach, supermarkets, shops ect) is within 5 minets drive. I think it is diffcult without car when you are with children. Noel is very kind and helpful. Thank you, Noel!:) If we come back to the island we will definitely rent this appartment again. Thenk you very much, Vera!!!

Very enjoyable week

We have just returned from a very enjoyable weeks stay at Vera's apartment. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean when we arrived when Noel was waiting to meet us as promised. The apatment was very quiet both during the day and at night. We especially enjoyed sitting on the large terrace which made the most of the November sun from mid morning until late afternoon. The nearest beach was Playa Pinto (Puerto Colon) which can be reached by crossing the bridge over the motorway and picking up a footpath which starts just to the left of the Hotel Villa de Adeje Beach. There are some good restaurants overlooking the beach which are reasonably priced. A bit of a climb to get back to the apartment but it helps to walk off the large portions. All in all throughly recommended.

Apartment OK but cleaning and maintenance problems

Booked this apartment as it had good reviews and so were disappointed to find that it wasn’t very clean: Both toilets needed cleaning; toilet brushes were disgusting; lots of dirt around the bath; vanity unit had hairs in it; second bathroom smelt and had a mouldy shower curtain, and the bed sheets in the second bedroom smelt of sweat and obviously hadn’t been changed since previous guests.

We cleaned the toilets and bath and changed the sheets. We then had problems with the cooker and so called Noel to sort it out, also pointing out the issues with cleanliness. Noel said that the dirty bed might have been due to a workman sleeping in it who still had the keys to finish some work on the balcony! We also complained to Vera but she said we should have inspected the apartment on arrival and pointed out any problems for Noel to sort out.

Noel brought us a new cooker and changed the lock on the front door for an old one which was very difficult to use. We then made the terrible mistake of using the washing machine which made holes in several of our clothes (we’d noticed similar holes in the sheets on the beds but hadn’t realised the cause). Again we complained to Noel - another visit with an engineer, and then to replace it.

To compensate for all the problems and the ruined clothes we asked for E300 back from the rent for our 2-week stay, but Vera refused to give us more than E100 for the clothes, and had the audacity to accuse of us of simply trying to get a discount. She also implied that the problems with the cooker and washing machine had only started during our stay (not true – previous reviewer had complained about cooker + bed sheets already covered in holes). Her attitude was – no one’s complained before, you’ve had problems, I’ve fixed them, so don’t moan.

Other problems included a broken window in the master bedroom which was screwed shut (meaning that it got very hot and stuffy as only one window opened), the over-bath shower which completely flooded the floor every time you used it, and the balcony door where one of the metal door catches had broken off meaning it wasn’t completely secure.

We also found it quite noisy, with the apartment opposite often playing loud music with thumping base during the day and until to 3 o’clock in the morning on a couple of occasions, and a yappy dog barking throughout the night on the other side.

All in all not a great experience. Shame we can't post photos of the problems like with other sites.

Resposta do proprietário: There is no sense to comment each complain of this review. Hope guests who read it make their own conclusion. The apartment was well cleaned and linen professionally laundered and used on beds. The toilets were clean with cleaning agent left in the bottom of the toilet basin to keep fresh... the toilet brushes were used but clean. All of these alleged complaints could have been addressed earlier after arrival, not after 3 days of stay. This property is covered by a 24 hour call out and as Noel live nearby he could be there within 10 mins for any problems that may occur. The new oven was installed and had to wait a while for the old oven to cool down .. so it had been used!! The washing machine was replaced by a new one as soon as was possible after being made aware of the problem. Damage of mentioned clothes( couple of old T-shirts) was refunded ( EUR 100) I was asked about discount started from booking and further in each letter with more and more complains. Seems a guest has a large knowledge and experience in such things and knows how to eventually be awarded a discount!. Dissapointed that guests spend their holidays on alleged complains instead of enjoying their holidays and complain of everything including barking dog :) And: to recap: It’s bright, clean, quiet, well equipped ( now with new oven and washing machine:) and covered by 24 hour call out for any problem relating to the apartment. This is our fourth visit to Vera's lovely place

Noel as efficient as ever. The outside patio area had been retiled and looked lovely. Everything great as usual. A little noisy due to a lot of building work with apartments being refurbished close by. Did not interfere to much with our Ho,I day. See you again next year

Clean & modern

Thank you Vera for our stay at your lovely apartment, it was exactly as described. Noel was waiting when we arrived and was very helpful with the luggage and showing us around the apartment.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone who requires a pleasant and peaceful holiday and will be booking again.
