On the edge of the pool, from beneath a pergola covered with straw and while sitting in comfortable lounge chairs you can enjoy a free view. The villa is directly situated on a lagoon split from the Red Sea. The house has a stylish living- and dining room with large flatscreen TV (55 inch screen smart tv-programs in all languages available). In addition, the villa has a fully furnished kitchen with all necessary dishes and cooking necessities. Further, the villa has three tastefully decorated spacious bedrooms (2 with direct access to balcony/roof terraces, 1 with TV), all with built-in closets and two with double beds, one room with two single beds(bedding included). Next, there are two marble bathrooms with toilet and shower plus a separate third toilet. The living room is furnished with style and is harmonious with an impressive round skylight and two comfortable lounge seats. In the adjacent bay window area there is a comfortable seating with 2 comfortable lounge seaters. All rooms are provided with air conditioning. The dining area (with 6 chairs) is situated in the adjacent area close to the garden terrace doors. When walking through the garden doors you will enter a porch with chairs where you can further descend to the outdoor terrace with garden, private swimming pool, pergola with lounge and a private beach on the lagoon. You can use wireless internet via a separate WiFi network which is available in the villa.

Villa Saluma is situated in the West Golf 1 area of El Gouna. Downtown El Gouna ca be easily reached by shuttlebus which comes by every 30 minutes. In downtown you will find various shops, restaurants, a bakery, supermarkets and ATM's. The marina can best be reached by TokTok or by taxi (fixed low prices) which can be ordered by fixed phone in the villa for free. Locally, there will be a German and English speaking agent for check-in and check-out, questions and problems.
