It has two bedrooms: one with a large bed, a large dressing room and shelves, another with two small beds, a dressing room and a TV, ideal for children/teenagers. The living room and the hallway of the bedrooms are air-conditioned respectively.

The outdoor terrace offers a plunging and stunning view over the heights of the city as well as the Tyrrhenian Sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, with its panorama over the pond of Biguglia and the entire Bastian coast. At your disposal, an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your meals with the panorama, the endemic scents and the surrounding wildlife.

Your rental benefits from a very spacious pool area for private use, freely accessible and free of charge throughout the day with two relaxation areas with armchairs and deckchairs, as well as an outdoor shower.

The apartment has a large kitchen with integrated table and high chairs, fully equipped and functional including dishes and cutlery, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and storage cabinets.

The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV that can be connected to the Internet, a large sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate a fifth person, as well as a small desk area.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath, bidet, sink and washing machine.

Outside, you can park your vehicle for free and safely in the shade within the property. A corner with a stone barbecue is also at your disposal at the back of the villa with tables and chairs. These outdoor plots are fully accessible..

The ground floor of the villa is under renovation and is often occupied by us, the owners, available in case of need.

The apartment is accessible only on foot by stairs, and therefore does not have wheelchair access or accommodation for people with reduced mobility. Pets are not allowed.

Two electric bicycles are available for rent (not included, additional) under deposit. If you wish to rent them for travel, please specify this when booking. A cot can be provided.
