There is a barbecue patio with grill, additional table and chairs on ground level as well.

Great multi- generation house on four levels: The lower level has a family room, its own small bathroom, and two twin-bedded rooms great for privacy and for the younger set. It is bright and sunny with sliders out to the ground level. It is air conditioned. Sliders on two sides ceiling fans, TV.

Middle level has two queen- bedded rooms and two bathrooms. One queen bedroom has sliders out to its own small private balcony. Two bathrooms are on this level but not en-suite.

Top level contains the LR/DR/ Kitchen and all sides have sliders out to huge wrap-around furnished decks. Large umbrella table is outside the kitchen area as well.

The uppermost level is a small loft great for private conversation, reading or computer area. It has best views. It's the' get-away space' for those who may need it on a family vacation, or a play space for children.

Dedicated parking area holds 4 vehicles. We have an independent shed (Lockable) in which you can store your bikes, sailboards, strollers, or other equipment.

House is meticulously cared for, yet casual, restful and inviting. That our guests refer to it as “their little piece of heaven” is our greatest pleasure. New roof, new mattresses, and new graded driveway with much more side room.

Wonderful library and Puma Park-state of the art children's playground are not to be missed. Also Highland Light (lighthouse) and Historical Society Museum , Highland Links for golf and magnificent views, bike trails are scenic and well utilized.

Bus shuttle to P-town runs all summer from Grozier Sq. ( (Salty's Market) at blinking light on 6A/ Pond Rd. intersection (walkable). A short walk from the house is Pilgrims Park, where the Pilgrims spent their 2nd night in the New World. It is a lovely pond, with benches and peace. Grab a coffee and newspaper at nearby Salty's and read it at Pilgrims Pond.

If tides are right one can walk our beach all the way to P--Town. Return walk is also tide dependent so consult the tide charts and the bus schedule back home.

Provincetown has fully staffed medical center should need arise. Truro Fire Dept has EMT service to CC Hospital. Ptown has a staffed medical center.
