Great Myrtle Beach location on the quieter south end of Myrtle Beach. Meticulously maintained unit with an oversized direct oceanfront private balcony. Grand Atlantic Resort is close to all of the attractions that you would expect from Myrtle Beach, and is located in a family friendly locale. Enjoy perfect sunrises from your balcony as well gazing at the ocean and all its beauty!

3 outdoor pools, 3 indoor pools, and a lazy river are all featured at the smoke-free Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort. The indoor pools are heated year round and the outdoor pools are heated until it gets very cold. Bring the family and enjoy the children's pool, arcade/game room, and kid-friendly dining. A fitness center, free parking, and a restaurant are also offered.

This oceanfront condo offers Free WiFi and 4TVs all Flat-screens including a 55 inch smart TV in the living room, and smart TVs in all bedrooms, a DVD player in the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes, microwave, and coffee maker. The kitchen cabinets have been refaced and all mattresses and box springs have been replaced as of November 2021. There is a full size washer and dryer in a separate closet. This condo features ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms and the living room. There is an electric fireplace that is sure to please the winter tenant. The condo feature all new living and dining room furniture including a new sofa. new tile backsplash and granite counter tops in the kitchen. All new stainless appliances plus new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. EVERYTHING in the condo has been updated and replaced.

Property is close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer including, The Sky wheel, Jimmy Buffets, Second Avenue Pier, Broadway @ the Beach, Landsharks, Cal Ripken, & the Boardwalk as well as the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

(This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying here for the winter months was a thrill as we'd have a coffee overlooking the ocean and most times I'd spend rocking in their great rocking chairs. Thanks for having us, looking forward to doing it again next year.

Great condo

Very nice well maintained condo, unfortunetly when we arrived we knew the offices would be closed. The property manager had kindly mailed me the key which was great. We arrived approx 3 hours prior to check in but couldn’t get in which we knew could possibly happen no big deal. At 4 pm when we tried to get into to our place the keys were not working. Tried to get ahold of property managers but they were closed for the holidays. After an hour or so the maintenance guy was able to try and trace our key for us but we were unable to have everyone leave as we would get locked out until we got the keys re done to allow access inside. All 4 keys didn’t work. We finally did get the maintenance guy to make all the keys work. When I called the next day and the office was open they didn’t seem to care that we were inconvienced at all with this and just said oh well Overall the place was very nice. The parking garage is pretty tight so be careful when driving.

First trip to Myrtle Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo (902) was a short walk with easy access to the beach. The condo was very nicely renovated, exactly like the pictures reflected. It was also very clean and well equipped. Only suggestion would be to include a hold bar and slip proof mat for the inside of bath tubs. We would definitely recommend this condo and wouldn’t hesitate reserving for future visits. The amenities were very nice as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The best place to stay on the beach

All of the beds are comfortable and the furniture throughout the condo is beautiful. Everything you need to “dine in” is there. The pools are an extra bonus on top of the beach access. We’ll definitely be back!
