O piso térreo é composto por espaçosos e bem decorados sala de estar grande, muito grande cozinha / sala de jantar com cozinha totalmente equipada, incluindo máquina de lavar / secar roupa, máquina de lavar louça, fogão, geladeira, fogão. Também no piso térreo há um grande quarto de casal, em estilo clássico, uma casa de banho com banheira e chuveiro, lavatório e w. c. Há, então, um quarto de solteiro / estudo que foi construído em um cama de solteiro, guarda-roupas, mesa e cadeira e também uma caminhada no chuveiro. Vai lá em cima há um quarto de bom tamanho com 2 camas individuais e roupeiros.

I was a bit wary booking this flat, since it only had one review from a few years ago. It was wonderful and I hope this review helps the next renter. We stayed here for about 9 days over New Years. There were 2 adults and 3 young adults/teenagers and it was very comfortable. British shabby-chic charm everywhere, good wifi, very nice kitchen (although we never found the microwave.) The bathroom situation was better than anticipated...we had assumed there was only one toilet--not ideal for 5 adults--but there were two. There is a powder room with a toilet and small sink, a full bath with toilet, sink and tub-shower combo, and then the extra shower and sink in the little bedroom. That little bedroom is VERY charming with a cozy built in bed. It was definitely fought over, although the winner had to put up with others wanting into the bedroom to use the shower. The master bedroom is spacious with a bay window overlooking the garden. The location of the flat is great, although the VRBO map has it mis-marked...it's actually on the corner of Tregunter and Redcliffe Gardens. There are two areas with pubs, bakeries and restaurants nearby...to the north is the Earls Court area with the tube station and to the south the Fulham Road area. The kids spent New Years eve in The Blackbird pub in Earls Court and had a wonderful time. We also had Sunday Roast at the Kings Arms on Fulham road on a rainy foggy New Years day...delish, then retired for the evening to the flat to watch the new episode of Sherlock. It was a wonderful British fantasy. We definitely recommend the Rosso Pomodoro on Fulham for outstanding neopolitan pizza and pasta. The Earls Court tube station is ideal for getting to all the touring destinations, but if you have 5 adults, a cab can be even more economical. This is a great flat in a great area...one of the best London experiences we have had.
This was a terrific property for our family. Two adults and two teenagers and there was plenty of room to spread out. The booking process was very easy and accommodating when we requested an additional night. The apartment was immaculate and very well appointed. The wireless worked flawlessly. We met the agent at the house as we were already in London.
The children argued about who got to stay in the cozy bed in "the bathroom" which sounds stranger than it is. A cozy room with a shower and sink included. The shower in this room is much better than the main bathroom with better pressure and the hot water does not cut off mid-shower as in the other.
There were plenty of linens and it was great to have a washer/dryer on site although plan ahead as the cycles do take a quite a long time as it was all done in the same machine. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was a longer walk to the Tube than we had anticipated but we adjusted. About 15 minutes each way.
Overall it is an extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and nicely appointed apartment. We were so happy with it and hope to return again!
