Este refúgio acolhedor romântico situa-se no complexo marina de luxo Porto Argeles com vista deslumbrante para as montanhas dos Pirenéus, Mar Mediterrâneo e da Marina. É ideal para casais ou famílias que procuram uma pausa relaxante à beira-mar. O apartamento duplex dispõe de acomodações auto-suficientes elegante, confortável para até 6 pessoas.
O apartamento está convenientemente localizado no centro da Marina com restaurantes, cafés, bares, uma padaria e um supermercado dentro de um par de minutos a pé. Os Argeles gloriosas longa praia de areia e do calçadão estão a uma caminhada de 3 minutos - Você vai adorar as águas límpidas e claras de praia e à noite passeios limpos ao longo do calçadão para ver o pôr do sol.
Duas vezes por semana, durante o verão, há um mercado no porto onde parece a cidade inteira gira para fora para comprar os mais frescos e melhor da produção local.
Serve-se refeições saborosas e bebidas frescas da cozinha elegante e bem equipado. Desfrute de grandes largos céus azuis de um dos dois grandes terraços privados, que são fantásticas para refeições ao ar livre e banhos de sol.
Este apartamento está localizado na costa do Mediterrâneo na parte sul da França, a 20 minutos de carro de Perpignan. É uma das regiões mais ensolaradas do sul da França e está a 30 minutos de carro da fronteira espanhola. Como uma base de férias, que oferece algo para todos; praias de areia seguras gloriosos, dramático terreno montanhoso da serra Alberes para caminhantes e ciclistas de montanha, mergulho, vela, windsurf, degustação de vinhos, passeios de um dia para Espanha, bem muitas outras atividades.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement de charme idéalement situé sur le port et à quelques minutes de la plage et proche de toutes les commodités. Magnifiques vues des deux terrasses. L'appartement est spacieux, très agréable, parfaitement entretenu, décoré avec goût avec tout le confort. Toute la famille a été enchantée et notre seul regret était de repartir.
Nos ados ont beaucoup apprécié les lieux et les balades dans les rues d'Argeles à proximité. La région est vraiment magnifique.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely apartment. There are not really any negatives. The area was quiet at night, and we enjoyed the chance to relax. It was delightful having the two spacious terraces, and plenty of comfortable garden furniture at our disposal. We went out and about discovering the area, and it was really advantageous to have an easily accessible car park in the close vicinity. Although the weather was very hot, we managed to keep the apartment fairly cool by always closing the shutters during the time we were out and about, and had fans/air conditioning on when we were in.
Cooking facilities were good, ( once we discovered the 'how to' guide for the combination microwave), as we ate in most nights despite a good choice of restaurants on the marina.
We would be happy to return to the apartment if we stayed in the area again.
I would love to say lots of bad things about this place,(To stop people booking up dates) But there are no reasons I can find to stop anyone booking this wonderful apartment in a great location. From the moment we enquired to the last day of our holiday the service, communication was first class.
E-Mails answered quickly any issues answered or delt with.
The Area has lots of good restaurants and entertainment and good priced menus.
A perfect break for the family.

We have just returned from what was a dream holiday in your apartment, which we loved. It was clean and comfortable, bright and cheerful and very well equipped. Fish was delicious cooked on your electric Weber BBQ, on one of the 2 terraces.
Although our 2 weeks holiday was at the end of the season, we found excellent restaurants in Port Argeles, Argeles Village, Collioure and Port Vendres where the indoor fish market also serves freshly shucked oysters with a glass of champagne !
Ceret and St. Genis des Fontaines are very lovely old towns at the foot of the Alberes Mountains - well worth a visit and not far to drive. It is worth arriving in time to enjoy the lunchtime Plat de Jour in both these towns. The proximity to Spain makes for an enticing variety and blend of cuisine.
We definitely recommend your apartment to other couples and families and can't wait to return next year. Thank you Christie and James .
I rented this apartment for my mother in law and her sister. There is a glaring omission in the info that the staircase is a little dangerous for the elderly as there is no apparent handrail making the movement between floors difficult.
They found the air conditioning to be a joke and the bedrooms were "very tight and dark"
On the positive side the location is very good, and the kitchen is very well equipped, but they have stated that they did not enjoy there time in the apartment
A lot of positive points:
* Very serious owners (important when on the oher side of the world!)
* Very nice and charming appartement, with lots of paintings
* Very comprehensive equipment, barbecue, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machines (4!), HDTV, Wifi,
* Very spacy on the second level with two terraces, and place for us and friends
Also important, thank to be on the second and third level of the building, we did not suffer from the noise coming both from the harbour or the people on the marcket on the Tuesday and Thursday morning.
Also some points to improve:
One bedroom has air conditionning. Very useful but with a too noisy fan to keep it on in the night.
Due to sun exposure, and very hot weather this summer, the other bedrooms were very warm to stay in for a nap or even at night, but not so different from other appatrtments we used to rent in this area.
Because of the wind, the sunblind was not possible to be used, even with the cleaver solutions by the owners to make them robust. We did not want to take risk to damage them.
As a conclusion, this is a very good choice for a stay in Argeles and if too early to book it for next year, this is clearly a choice we will consider soon!
So even with this very positive review, we hope there will remain some free weeks next year.

The price includes the provision of all bed linen and electricity. Towels are not provided.
Please note our changeover day is THURSDAY between April and August and FRIDAY from September onwards. This can work in your favour as mid-week flights are generally cheaper and local traffic is much lighter.
25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance and a €300 security deposit is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
