At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, the resort charges $129 for a new guest certificate. Excellent family place to stay for a great price

We have stayed here several times before. Very nice facility and property. Would recommend fully and plan to stay here again. Great experience renting through vrbo

Quality Family Time

The owners were very response and I appreciate that, however we were disappointed with the accommodations. The listing clearly states Wyndham Branson at the Meadows Condo Resort, however be aware that is not the guaranteed one you will get as they put in the description. If you are traveling with elderly adult family members ensure you asked to be somewhere other than the falls resort, it does not have elevators and very high step in showers. The thing I learned from this experience is ask any and all questions that you can imagine before booking. Also, note that none of the pictures clearly show you the accommodations at the falls resort, they are definitely different(older) but, still clean and tidy. We had a great family vacation and will definitely be back to the area.
