No big deal about me. My husband and I love being able to call ourselves Floridians, and we are so glad to be able to have this home in which we and others can rest and recuperate from the many things that weigh on us in this life. We love the solitude, and we also love that we are so near the wonderful chaos of sports, entertainment, adventure, and exercise. Best of all worlds, in our view. We are hopeful of sharing our experience with lots of other adventurers going forward.

Our good friend who built and lived in this home for years loved this house, and we are so thankful that when he felt he had to sell it he reached out to us to continue caring for the home he loved. So many details in the home underscore his commitment to building a home he could enjoy long term. Though we were sad he felt it necessary to move, we are so grateful he entrusted us with its care. We hope any who stay here will have a sense of Billy's love of excellence as they enjoy the home.

The house is on a spacious near acre, with access to and views of a beautiful and private Central Florida Lake, complete with the daily romance of take-offs and landings of several aquatic airplanes on the next door lake. We and our grandchildren love the fun of this ongoing wonder. We love being one mile from the Lake Myrtle Soccer/Baseball Complex, where there are tournaments and games all year round. If we ride along the 39 mile trail from that complex, we pass alpaca farms, cattle ranches, and miles of quiet and exquisite Florida landscape. We are so uniquely blessed to get to share this with our renters. If the Disney/Universal/Sea World adventures draw you, then you can be thankful that you are way less than a hour from all the above, and you will be glad to learn that the Tampa and Orlando Airports are both easily accessible from this great location. While enjoying this home, please feel free to wander over to the lakeside on the adjacent lot, and let us know if you want to enjoy the water mat or the balance boards while you are here. We may be able to accommodate 2 of you on our cycles for the nearby 39 mile trail.
