Situato davanti a una Coop (Coop Lugano Nord) e a pochi passi da farmacie, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, kebab, fermate autobus e quindi comodissimo per qualsiasi necessità. La via conduce direttamente alla ciclabile che corre lungo il Cassarate, comoda via per raggiungere in fretta la foce, Lido di Lugano e Parco Ciani.

Nell'appartamento sono già presenti un tavolo e tre sedie, un comò ed un comodino, più un ampio armadio comprensivo di grucce. Il letto a castello a una piazza e mezzo permette di avere ulteriore spazio perciò sotto è collocato un divano, utilizzabile anche come divano letto.
Il terrazzo è abbastanza spazioso per poter mangiare fuori o stendere i panni.
