Have a 24 foot pontoon boat VRBO #1433984 great for the lake. Holds 12 people, has a toilet and changing room. Has a couch and table and sink. Has 3 live wells for fishing. Great for cruising the 80 miles of shoreline. Will pull skiers and tubers. Has 4 fishing chairs.
Can be used also in fall and winter to transport Chukar Hunters to road-less areas.
Great fishing for the beginner or expert. Have lots of Bass and Catfish fishing tournaments on Brownlee.
Good fishing from the dock or shore. Use a worm and you never know what you will pull in.
Great for kids and first timers.

Have a boat launch.
In spring great mushroom hunting and wildflowers.
Lots of driftwood to be found on the river. 80 percent is only available by boat or hiking.

Plenty of room for RVs and tents with power and water plug ins. I have five spots for power and water. There is a lot of room and is a great place for large groups. It sleeps up to 16, 6 more could fit on couches and recliners, and floor space for my five sleeping bags.

Will have whatever you need. Send me a list I will shop for you if you need. I am occasionally on the property working. Can see or tour place anytime before renting.
