The villa is built on a large plot and has a private pool and sunny terraces. There is ample space in the villa for the single family or two families or friends who wish to share this home.
This is an air conditioned four bedroom; four bathroom villa with private pool situated in a peaceful location on the outskirts of the village, but is only 1500 meters from the delightful beach of Altura. It is conveniently close to the many local golf courses and Altura and its neighboring villages offering you many restaurants, bars and other amenities.
The kitchen is superbly equipped with all that you will need including a cooker, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc.
All crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with a separate washer.
The lounge has a 2 and 3 seater sofas, television, stereo CD player and DVD player. The dining room has seating for eight and there is a good supply of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware for at home dining.

Bedroom 1 (The master bedroom) has a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom including toilet, bidet, twin basin, shower, which is located on the bottom floor and opens up onto the pool area.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and uses the general bathroom with bath, toilet and basin, which is also located on the bottom floor.
Bedroom 3, which has a pool facing terrace, which is located on the top floor. It holds a double bed and a single bed and has an ensuite bathroom with bath, toilet, bidet and basin.
Bedroom 4, which is also located on the top floor, has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and basin. It has it's own balcony on the front of the villa. On the otherside of the room it has access to the pool facing terrace.
All bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps and wardrobes (coat hangers are supplied). Bed linen is provided for all bedrooms.
The pool has a large sun deck area with loungers and umbrellas provided. Ideal for an early morning swim after breakfast. In the evening, pool lights switch on automatically.
Overlooking the pool is a shaded barbeque area with patio dining furniture should you want to barbeque food in the afternoon or evening.
In the garden you will find our leasure room with pool table, table football, table tennis and electronic dart board.
