Note: The Beach Club at Las Catalinas is a private entity, guests staying at this home can purchase access to its facilities onsite at an additional cost per person. The beach club is undergoing refurbishment; therefore, partial sections of the club may not be available to guests during their stay.

Casa Pacifica has a variety of living spaces available on all four levels including lots of outdoor space to enjoy the views and the warm weather. The home includes an elevator which makes this five-story home accessible for all as well as SONOS sound system!

Both the large media room and den have access to the main patio, which includes an infinity pool and a dining area with built-in grill. The gourmet kitchen in this house has beautiful ocean views as well as immediate access to the main patio and outdoor dining. The kitchen area also has a den that opens up to the terrace and outdoor sitting space.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and sweeping ocean and hillside views. The master bedroom has three balconies, one of which sits among the trees, complete with a swing and marvelous bay views. The master bedroom also has a walk in closet and a built in desk crafted from local Guanacaste wood. The master level includes two other bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. These bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the pool and Danta Beach.

The lower level has two additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen-size bed; the other is a “bunk room” that sleeps three. The lower level also has a comfortable living room with a television and a small refrigerator. A lovely patio, complete with a small fountain, is located off of this living room.

The large roof top terrace is a wonderful space to enjoy a cocktail and watch the magnificent sunsets at Las Catalinas. This terrace overlooks both Danta Beach and the Pacific Ocean and is comfortably furnished, including two hanging swings. A mini-bar area is located under the dramatic tower roof, with icemaker, small refrigerator and sink.

Las Catalinas is on its way to becoming one of the most enjoyable Beach Towns in Costa Rica. As a growing community, we have new exciting projects underway that will continue to add amenities, activities, and rental and ownership options to our guests and future neighbors. We make great efforts to minimize any possible disturbances due to construction but we cannot, however, guarantee that no activity will be visible or audible due to the variable nature of construction. While we are hopeful that this will have little impact on your stay with us, unfortunately, we will not be able to provide room changes, discounts, or refunds due to construction at this time. Construction hours are as follows

6 am -7.30 am: Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed

7.30am - 6pm: Normal construction

6 pm - 9 pm: Construction may continue, with workers required to speak in low voices, and no power tools are allowed.

Holidays are exciting travel periods, however, before you book, please check your travel dates and observe that holiday periods have a different cancellation policy. Holiday periods are excluded from the default cancellation policy in which non-refundable deposits are required.

• We know sometimes travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your holiday investment, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is a small cost relative to the trip costs you might lose in the event you are unable to travel.
