You will also be a short drive to many of the other great courses located throughout the Ocean City area. * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* There is parking for one vehicle in the garage and on the driveway.
* Owner provides beach chairs and umbrella for guest use.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend and the indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This beautiful, gated community also offers a fitness room, billiards room and clubhouse.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
