6 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. The first floor is one wide opened room, the living, dining and kitchen areas all flowing together to afford festive togetherness.

Modern steel beam construction has allowed my family and yours to enjoy communal gathering on the expansive main floor. After all, isn't this the way we want to spend our precious time with loved ones.

The kitchen is state of the art with granite counters and stainless steel
appliances. The stove top is of course gas. Large dining room table to accommodate 12 and another 5 at the large adjacent center island.

Central air should the island get warm or humid. My wife and I are sticklers for nice "everything". We naturally are outfitting our summer home with fine, stylish furnishings. Beds, bedding and pillows are vitally important in life!

This is an area that we have found many hotels and rental properties miss the boat on!

Not the case with this home. All the comforts of your home sweet home and perhaps then some. The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated and comfortable.

Naushop is a charming and safe community, great for families. Children are safe to ride bikes on the streets of the compound. My family and I have been summering in the Naushop community for the past 12 years. We have made so many incredible memories here with our four children.

The Naushop experience is like going back in time, perhaps to the 50's! A time when neighbors connected and children played freely in the neighborhood.

The community pool, play area, tennis courts and club house provide a great place
to recreate with friends and family. The homes location is excellent. Near town, the airport, Nobadeer beach, right on a great bike path.
