The main floor has 2 bedrooms: One queen Size and other custom built Log Twin Bunk beds.

The Great room has 3 french doors which overlook an 80 Acre Private Lake. The doors lead out to over 1000 Sq ft wrap around deck. The Deck will be equip with Large grill, Patio furniture and Hammock! The great room will have sectional and kitchen table with seating for 6.

The kitchen is fully equip with microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates, utensils and more! The kitchen features granite counter tops and under mount sink.

A bit about the lake: The lake is over 80 Acres Fully stocked with Pickerel, Bass, Catfish, and panfish. Included with the rental we have a V hull row boat, 5 Person Paddle Boat, and a double Kayak! All boats are included with your rental but must be used at your own risk.

The property features a private peninsula which features a large dock for your enjoyment. We now have a circular patio with fire pit for your enjoyment. Sit back on Adirondack chairs and enjoy lake views and breeze!

Cooperstown All Star Village in Oneonta is only about 20 minutes away!

We have several other Log home rentals on Air BNB which is rented out all year long, so by popular demand we have built another custom log home on the lake! I hope everyone enjoys our home and has many memories on the lake! We hope to see everyone year after year!
