Long Beach Resort 1-204 is one of the most popular two bedrooms at Long Beach. It is usually among the first to book for the season! This unit has a detailed oriented owner who has taken the time and money to renovate and remodel the condo, leading to one of the most attractive units in the resort. The owner installed new plank flooring in the living areas, new carpet in the bedrooms, and new tile in the bathrooms; updated cabinets and granite countertops throughout the kitchen; and room darkening curtains throughout!

The living room features plenty of seating, along with a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. The dining room table seats six, with two bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, beautiful new cabinets and counters, with plenty of counter space. The kitchen also includes flatware, dishware, cookware, and normal kitchen appliance, like coffee maker and toasters. There is also a stack washer/dryer provided in the unit.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a flat screen TV. The master bathroom features a beautiful walk in shower and dual vanities. The guest bedroom has two queen beds(BRAND NEW MATTRESSES!) and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom offers a garden style tub and shower, along with dual vanities. Both bedrooms, and the living room, all have access to the private balcony. The private balcony has plenty of seating, and offers an expansive view of the gulf!

Long Beach Resort is one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach. The resort is very centrically located, close to great restaurants and shopping. Long Beach doesn't have a parking garage, or require guests park across the road and walk across. The parking lot at Long Beach Resort is a large open air parking lot, which allows guests to park in front of their tower. Long Beach Resort has three pools, two polynesian style swimming pools(heated seasonally) and the large Lagoon pool with waterfalls and islands. The Resort also has three hot tubs, one located at each pool, and a tiki bar, located at the Lagoon Pool(opened seasonally). Long Beach's trait that sets it apart from other resorts is its floorplan. The large floorplan is designed to give everyone a view. The living room, master, and guest bedroom all have floor to ceiling windows that offer beautiful views of the Gulf. No one is stuck with the view of a hallway or parking lot.

Beautiful Condo in a beautiful location

The condo was remodeled and in great shape. The entire place was clean and well stocked. We purchased food at the Wal-Mart across the street and had everything we needed to make food in the kitchen. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was a favorite morning spot for the entire family. The parking lot had 24 hour security and was gated which made us feel great leaving our vehicles in the parking lot. Our stay was wonderful and we made great memories as a family.

Amazing views from a beautiful condo

We were amazed at the views when we walked into this unit. All glass on the gulf side from living area and both bedrooms! The large balcony allowed us to enjoy lounging and dining al fresco at the outdoor table. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our too-short stay. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Our week at LBR in PCB, FL

The condo was very nice and clean. The view of the ocean was perfect. There were 3 pools and the one in-between bldg 2 & 3 was great. Large with 2 islands and lots of waterfalls. Will stay there again next year.

4th Vacation to PCB

This Condo and working with Kim could not have been better. The Condo was very clean and was exactly what the pictures showed on VRBO and we were able to get the unit about an hour early. We have stayed at the Long Beach Resort 3 other times, 2 times in Tower 3 and 1 time in Tower 4, so this was our first time in Tower 1 and this will be our last time, again nothing to do with the actual Condo itself or anything to do with Kim's Condo. Actually this is probably the best Condo unit we have stayed in, the problem with Tower 1 is you have a major overflow of people from Shores of Panama Condo ( Next Door ) to Tower 1, and the tenants of that condo would walk down and set tents up in front of the Tower 1 beach chairs. we actually just went down between Tower 2 & Tower 3 and put our chairs down and it was not crowed at all. The other issue is this unit was above the beach access and it was super noise all the time, and this unit is next to the trash shoot and you had people dropping trash and bottles all times of the night and it was noisy as well. We will stay at Long Beach Resort again and would like to work with Kim's condos again, but it will be in Tower 3 or 4. The pool was great not crowded at all for the time we were their. Cant wait to go back next year to Long Beach Resort for our 5th year vacation.
