Well-decorated villa, large garden around the house, on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups and cutlery, a spacious living room with cable TV with international channels, stereo, DVD player, fireplace and even a walkway to keep in shape, brightly lit corridor. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms. On the 1st floor, there is 1 bedroom 'en suite' (1 double bed) and balcony.
There is a possibility for the villa to accommodate 13 people, as there are 2 bedrooms "en suite" and 3 bathrooms, on the lower floor depending on the payment of an additional fee. This lower floor will be closed when the villa is reserved for up to 9 people.
Swimming pool with sun loungers and barbecue. Towels and bed linen are provided. The whole house has plenty of light, wifi and alarm. There is parking at the door of the house for several cars without any problem. Cleaning included at the end of the stay.
