Stairs lead to the front deck and door once inside the following is located on the main floor:
Two bedrooms / one full bath / kitchen / dining /living room / fireplace located on the main level. Master bedroom with full bath located on the top level and there is a small game room downstairs

****We strongly advise our guests to purchase trip insurance for their reservation
**We do not allow boats, campers, RV'S, trailers to park in the driveway at this vacation rental
**Please take note: We do not allow events of any kind at this vacation rental :
Weddings, receptions, etc. We limit the number of guests at any given time to stay at this vacation rental to 6 people. This vacation rental is located within a HOA with security personnel on patrol 24/7 we have to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the HOA.

Nice little beach retreat

We loved our brief stay at Views, Views, Views and will definitely stay there again! A couple of things to note - first, the only way into the house is up a flight of stairs, the treads are shallow and a bit treacherous in the rain/dark. Second, there were several pill bugs around, most of them were dead, so it would seem they were trying to manage the issue, it didn’t really bother us. We loved the views, the bedrooms were comfy and we can’t wait to take in the stars from the hot tub again!

Beautiful view of the ocean

Beautiful view very nice home. Could use some blinds on the big windows for the afternoon sun. Definitely would come back.

Beautiful views but not kid friendly

The views were absolutely beautiful and the local restaurant and beach was lovely. We had unseasonably warm weather but the house was not prepared to host us for that environment. No shades and no screens in the windows made it all much worst that it could have been. This house is NOT kid friendly. None of the windows had screens and were low on the ground so we weren't really able to open them without concern of our kids falling out. The few windows we were able to leave open just let in so many bugs and wasps. The property manager did work with us to get a couple extra fans but it made for a really stressful stay. In general the house didn't feel super clean and the kitchen was overly cluttered. The hot tub was lovely. Overall it was habitable but wasn't the most comfortable stay.

Beachy bday getaway

This was my first VRBO experience and it was lovely and everything went smoothly! Beautiful home, hot tub and grill we made use of! Steep driveway but that added to the fun of having our cars parked strategically. Very close to the beach! Lots of space for us to be cozy and hang with each other for my birthday weekend. Easy clean up! Really enjoyed my stay with friends ins this cute beach house!
