Whip up quick snacks or full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, drawers and cabinets stocked with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware, and an array of appliances including a range, microwave oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Get online with the complimentary WiFi, and enjoy your favorite shows on the two cable TVs. Both TVs have DVD players to personalize your movie nights, but don't forget the popcorn!

Shared laundry facilities are located on-site, and during the warmer months, you can fire up one of the community grills and have yourself a cookout! And for those anglers lucky enough to bring home some trout from Lake Mary or one of the local streams, this complex also offers a fish cleaning station!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
