Home offers views of countryside and tons of natural light. Living room offers Dish TV, DVD, a sofa that converts to comfortable double/queen bed and a day bed that makes a perfect over-sized twin bed. Sleeps 4/5 comfortably.

The owners live on the property and are always available for advice or assistance. We have a livestock guardian dog on the property; it's a Great Pyrenees Mountain Dog (150lbs). Please No Pets..

A short drive from our home on the corner of Pleasant Valley Road & Mt Aukum Rd is a small shopping center. You can purchase groceries at the Holiday Market & Deli.
(4653 Mt Aukum Rd, Placerville, CA 95667). The grocery department offers a selection of traditional grocery items, plus they also have a selection of specialty gourmet products and local wines.
Across the street restaurants include Wonderful Chinese Restaurant and the Pizza Factory. Just down the road, on Pleasant Valley Road, Across from El Dorado Fire Station is a gas station/store and Bones Roadhouse Bar & Grill serving food and drink.
