Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Avoid the elevators and stress and park directly on the 4th floor!!!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay and FREE WIFI! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

WE DID NOT STAY

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW THE STAY WOULD OF BEEN, WE GOT THE DATES MESSED UP AND THE MANAGEMENT GROUP REFUSED TO HELP US WITH ALL THE MONEY WE PAID/ MAYBE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE MAYBE NOT. I GUESS WE WILL NEVER KNOW. I UNDERSTAND IT WAS MY ERROR. BUT THEY COULD HAVE HELPED US IN THIS SITUATION. HOPEFULLY NO ONE ELSE WILL HAVE MADE A MESS OF THINGS. AND HOPEFULLY YOUR STAYS WILL BE GRAND.I MIGHT WOULD SAY 5S IN THE REVIEW. BUT IST HARD TO GIVE 5S WHEN THE MANAGEMENT WOULDN'T EVEN ACT LIKE THEY HAD SOME EMPATHY.

Home Away From Home

This condo is beautiful and perfect if you’re looking for a great family friendly location. The 4th floor was awesome, not too high and parking garage level convenience for unloading and loading car (luggage, groceries, etc). The indoor pool was a great back-up for my grandkids on the couple days the weather wasn’t so great. The locked gate security is also great for making sure little ones can’t just walk out without someone who knows the code. The on-site grills were great and many used them, the pool furniture was very nice (not cheap) as well. Overall we loved this condo. My only complaint, and my fault for not reading the detail clearer, is the number of beds do not match the Room and Bed Detail section of this VRBO. I booked based on 2 Queen beds in Bedrooms 2 and 3. In the detail and in the pics it shows King beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms (I missed this) so in order for this condo to sleep 10 comfortably (we had 8), you would have to sleep 3 people in the King beds or on the living room couch. I have informed Management but the VRBO remains uncorrected. Overall, my family and I loved this condo. Perfect location and would recommend.

What a Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo. Loved everything about our stay. However, the bed in the master was uncomfortable. (Too firm) Please check this place out. Won’t regret.

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo before. It's in a great location and parking on the same floor as the condo is a real bonus. The balcony and view are wonderful. More kitchen towels and nicer bath towels would be nice but certainly not a deal breaker. We really enjoyed our stay.

beautiful condo and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very well maintained and clean. had all the necessary items to make the stay comfortable. excellent location. located directly on the beach with gorgeous views from the condo. loved the indoor swimming pool since we went during winter. would definitely stay here again.
